I bought a tuner for my Cayenne Turbo S. Upon receipt of the tuner I updated it and followed all directions. The tuner would not properly connect with my vehicle and apparently this is a known issue. Vivid never reached out to me via phone, they hid behind a keyboard asking random questions with no resolution.
I wish this thing worked but obviously there are big issues here.
Outside of the product issue, their customer service and post-sales is horrible. Always long waits that end in a voicemail left with no follow up.
Going on 6 days without a return call, a return email from a real person not an automatic reply

Did some shopping for my 700 Yamaha Raptor. Several ads popped up and although not the cheapest looked like a quality product. Glad I used my credit card cause IDK if I could have got a refund but regardless per their Email should arrive April 28-29th 3rd of May I call to eternal message saying standby! I email and they stated we will give you tracking number and they email requesting I put a profile pic for whatever reward or customer program they have. I don't want to join a club or whatever I just want my part so May 29th I email I just want my money back. Fortunately my cc company verified they issued my refund and I work hard like other men but my time is valuable! All I can say is don't advertise and collect money to waste my time! Also don't wonder why Amazon puts you out of business since you don't deliver what you advertise!
Can't do 1/2 star or 0?! Over 2 months of lies, buying times. Can't deliver, can't return calls or emails. Takes sometimes 8 calls to get through. Spent HOURS on phone alone. Call sales, they answer, but customer service doesn't help. Tiffany is no help, and won't return calls, emails, though she PROMISES! I called manufacturing personally. Answerers in 5 min. $1400+ headache. Crooks! Reported to better business bureau. READ the complaints and negative reviews of others. (Hours on hold, no return communication, they don't refund!). Horrible company. First/Last time! Don't be fooled.
I ordered a pair of racing shoes to be shipped out within 48 hours of the order being placed. I paid for overnight shipping to get them here as fast as possible. I am needing them for an up coming race. I waited 48 hours and called to get an update on the order and was then informed that the shoes would be back ordered until the end of July or early june when they showed the shoes in stock and ready to ship. They even sent me a email stating that the would ship soon and My card had already been charged. When i confronted Nikki about it she got very rude and very unprofessional i would advise anybody in the racing industry to not do business with them.
I had been looking for a certain part that not many stores had. I decided just to ordered from Vivid anyway, knowing I could possibly be waiting 3+ weeks for a part to even come back in stock. It's been about a week? I have this part, ready for install!
Asked for refund on May 7th, said would take 5-7 business days. On May 18th I checked the status through online chat and they said they would be happy to cancel my order. They again said they cancelled it and I should wait 2-3 days for email confirmation which will then let me know about when a refund will be issued. Well, what is going on I ask?
You take a affirm loan to order you tell them 3 times to process your order and they still cancel your order would not order from these IDIOTS
I purchased a helmet from vivid racing. Took 3 weeks and fedex won't deliver because they require a signature and someone home. I work everyday so I guess I won't receive the helmet. I would never deal with this company again. Beware.
Haven't gotten my lsd yet but it was a great price for a wavetrac. Lots of other good stuff too. Will write more once I receive my order.
Made an order in the beginning of February with them. I got a conformation email and they definitely took my money with no hesitation. Maybe got 1-2 emails from them. I've also sent them emails with no returns. Got no calls until April asking if I still wanted my order. Since then I've called multiple times with no answer, left voicemails with no returned calls and also sent more emails with nothing in return. Here we are, the middle of May and still haven't heard back and I still haven't received my order. Customer service needs ton of work.

Ordered a jeep product over a month ago because it was indicated that they had it in stock on web site. No news from them, after 2 emails, they said they didn't have it and that they would contact me when they get it. Two weeks later after two emails, wrote back to me saying that they would get the product one week later. We are 2 weeks later, still no news and no answers from them. Awful service, do not buy from them!
I ordered a yz250 head pipe 260$ still no mail I feel they just took my $till they debone or I got ripped off called 3×on hold so long and never got a hold of some one while some $#*! $#*! recording is trying to sell me more $#*! w. T. f get it togeather!

I have already beeb charged for my order back in March and I still have not received anything but BS. I placed my order back in March & have not received anything! All I get is the same message "sorry it is taking longer than expected. We will reach out to the mfg & see what the hold up is". I have gotten the same response every time I ask. They stole from me! Other wise I would not have been charged! Do not order ir buy from this place!
I ordered a pair of Alpharex headlights for my tundra. Received the wrong item of lesser value and they seem to take they're sweet time in trying to correct something so simple. It's been almost a week now and still no efforts to correcting they're mistake. Bought the top got the bottom instead.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Hey Mitchell, I see here that you first reached out on June 8th which we responded to on June 9th, and then had back-and-forth communication for few days. On June 11th you asked for a refund which we happily agreed to and began processing on June 11th. On June 11th we also let you know that our customer service team would email you with more information about the return within the next 3-4 business days (which would've been June 16th - 17th since the 11th was a Friday).
By June 14th you filed a chargeback even though we agreed to a refund. We let you know "please understand that we will be unable to offer you any type of refund until this chargeback has been canceled/resolved on your end" to which you refused. Your reasoning for filing a chargeback was "as you were not communicating with me". We're not open during the weekend so there was no communication we could offer when we were closed. Up to that point, all your emails have been responded to within 24hrs.
Again, we're sorry that the product had an issue and didn't work for you. We offered a full refund which you agreed to and we began processing. You filed a chargeback even though we already agreed to the refund and began processing it. Every email you sent was followed up as quickly as possible and almost always within one business day.
As we let you know via email, we're happy to continue with the full refund process once the chargeback dispute is canceled/resolved on your end. Thanks.
