This company will completely scam you out of your money. I ordered back in the middle of June and it is now over two weeks since they told me it would be at my door. The product hasn't even left their warehouse and it has been two entire months. Don't waste your time with this dumpster fire of a company that ignores all emails and calls.

I needed an exhaust muffler for my car and Vivid Racing had it listed as "in stock" on their on-line web site so I ordered it. A short while later I got an email saying it was NOT "in stock" but needed to be special ordered and would take months to deliver it to me. I tried to get someone in customer service to contact me to cancel the order and get my money refunded by calling and emailing them for days before someone answered. They refused to cancel the order or refund my money. Stay away from this unethical, dishonest, disreputable company!

I placed an order and got confirmation right away saying I would receive tracking shortly. A month goes by without tracking which I didn't think much of but was surprised my item hadn't shown up yet. Emailed customer service to see why I hadn't received tracking or my package. They answered once then never again and I have yet to be refunded $80 or receive my package.

3months later and a dozen of message and conversation with the staff of vivid, I never received my parts. Lost 300$ and they don't want to reimburse since they sent half of the order. Here is the message they send everytime

Same message different signature every time, no follow up, they don't awnser any question. Avoid this website at all cost

I merely was shopping around for some tires, decided to go somewhere else. Over the last 2-3 weeks I've been getting 2-3 emails a day about selling me their tires. No unsubscribe button, no preferences, heck I don't even have an account! Vivid Racing is a bunch of pests!

I buy a item from this company 2 months ago still don't get the item or my money they say item was deliver from ups they say i sign. Im not the only person they stolen money. You are going to buy from this page. Good look

I'll never return to Vivid racing. They don't inform you when a product is out of stock, but they let you purchase it. When I followed up several weeks after my purchase about the lack of shipping information - they said they would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. They never got back to me. So I reached back out to them, and at that time - they said the shipping date would be XX/XX... XX/XX came and went (and 2 weeks after that - still no shipping information so I reached back out). They said they'll reach back out to the manufacturer and get back to me. They never got back to me. 2 more weeks went by and I cancelled my order. Their customer service rep said my cancelation was approved and I'll see a refund. I thought my nightmare would be over - however a couple of hours after their rep said the refund would be on my account within 7 days; I received an email saying the refund was denied - and my product was shipped. I tried returning - but the customer service was again poor; going back and forth without making any progress. I'm still trying to return the product. This company easily has the worst customer service/ communication I have ever experienced.

This company has terrible customer service, when trying to return any thing it's a hassle. It took 3 months to get a cage for my side by side. Then when I got it was the wrong cage. So I had to return it and go to another company. The credit company Afirm they deal with is a shame and will rip you off... please don't do business with this company...

Order a product from them. Said it was in stock which it was not. 2 weeks later never shipped. Tried to get a hold of someone by phone and email. Got put on hold and offered callback. They never called back. No one replied to my emails. Could not get in touch to cancel or inquire about status. Disputed my charge with the credit card company.
Also, be aware they use websites with names other than Vivid Racing, but when you place your order you then see they are the same company, same terrible customer service.
Do yourself a favor and do not order anything with this company. They charge your card immediately, have your money and never ship the product.

I ordered a rollbar for my car over two months ago. I've called five times, sent too many emails and no response. I finally reply to the status and wish to cancel and they provide me with a bogus tracking number not linked to any legitimate shipper. I have send more online emails as well as live chat and phone calls. Terrible customer service. Run from the pieces of $#*!

They never sent me a shipping date took the my right out of my account. Never got my package its been 4 months going on 5. Customer service doesn't respond to my email and nobody answers when you try to call. I do not recommend anyone waste your money on these idiots.

Ordered a part in January and 7 months later still no part. Asked for a refund and never heard back. When you call them you are on hold for 20 minutes and it disconnects you. Horrible customer service.

I spent $2000 here for a steering wheel and Cover Craft car cover. The car cover came apart and I called for the 4 year warranty. They first reported to CoverCraft that I wanted a refund. I corrected them and repeated that I need a replacement. So then they ask me to cut the car cover in half so when I get the new one I wouldn't end up with a free cover. Communication was lacking. I refused to cut anything unless I know that a replacement is on its way. Sent them about 7 emails on the matter and still no cover. The steering wheel I ordered for my Maserati took about 10 weeks to arrive from China. I ordered a center flag colors at the top at mid point. The flag was put on crooked and sits slightly to the left. Lousy job for $1500. I don't recommend this place, customer service is drastically lacking along with quality control.

This business takes your money and does not ship your item! I ordered a quick disconnect, hub, and wheel over three weeks ago. The wheel and hub came, but no qd. When I requested a cancellation of the item and refund, I got no reply and good luck contacting someone on the phone. All you'll hear is a recording of some douche bag you just want to cave his head in with a steel toed boot. They ripped me off for $136.00. I opened a dispute with my creditor, but so far no luck. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

I ordered an Item 5/21 they were so quick to take my money. I was told the product was going to ship 6/21 and they would give me tracking information. It is now almost July and I've received nothing. They keep saying they'll update me with tracking information and $#*! but they're lying. THEY DONT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE AND THEY DONT ASNWER THE DAMN LIVE CHAT. Will never $#*!ing shop here again.
