I had some perishable drives that failed(you know mechanical drives) and the team RMAed the failed units and sent me replacements right away. Customer focused and just like GM they are Professional Grade. Highly recommended.

For the most part very happy with the purchase of the server. You have to be very careful with CPU versions EG V2 vs V3 etc as the CPU numbers are often the same but can have very different specs.
I wish I could order these on a PO but I cannot, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Their customer service is awesome. If I didn't know any better, I'd think I was their biggest customer, even though I know I can't be even close.
