Was very impressed with the packaging. I hate those Styrofoam peanuts, Vista's packaging actually looked like the OEM brands' packaging.

Had a lot of questions to ask, and the account rep answered everything within 15 minutes of inquires. Super friendly too.

Excellent service. Asked for RAID 5, RAID 1, RAID 6 all running simultaneously in one server, and they did it!

Vista sells a lot of different brandsall the big names (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.) It doesn't seem like they could be experts in all of it, but they pull it off somehow. I haven't had a bad experience yet!
