Purchased a plastic umbrella stand from this company through Walmart. The product is defective. After filling the base with water, the water leaks from the cap. The company wants me to pay for the cost of shipping to return this product. No support from Walmart because of dealing with a third party company. This is not good company service!

Ordered a table from them through Amazon. The item came damaged. The item was left at my doorstep, but the carrier they contracted with fraudulently filled out the proof of service with my signature acknowledging receipt and in good order. In their policy it states that if you return it, they will pay for the cost of shipping. They did not honor this after a couple of very long phone calls and several emails. They stated that since I signed this statement, that they would not honor their return policy. I explained and even provided proof that i was not even in that state at the time.
Anyway, still out over $350 on a poorly packaged item. They are not a stand-up company. Be wary...

A dog gate we ordered for a vacation was delivered damaged and the gate would not work. I ordered it 42 days ago and opened it yesterday to set it up because e leave on vacation today. It is bent and damaged and the gate will not work. They will not refund or replace gate. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
