I have attempted to contact this company over the past month to return an item that was missing nearly every part and I get no response from email and am on hold for HOURS during the evening. The item of purchase was nearly $200 from a Walmart site, and because it's a third party, Walmart will not take the item back. I am LIVID with the company and also with Walmart. DO not purchase from this company, and make sure you are purchasing directly from Walmart and NOT a third-party company. #RipOff

This company thrives off scamming people. I bought a 50 count of dog treats from them. I only received 1. They told me I would have to pay $10 to receive a return shipping label or they would give me a 25% refund without returning the item. Do not do business with them. They only replied after amazon opened a claim against them.

I was buying a product from Amazon and I saw Virventures was the seller and I tried their webpage to find the product. You can not search by model, or SKU... so I have to go through manually looking for the item. I found it and it was $30 less than amazon, Amazon Tax... any way placed the order and made an account.

My account says I never placed an order, my bank shows I paid. I get an email saying I need to complete payment. I go back to the site and open chat and I am told... "we are not VirVentures we are AMI ventures, please contact VirVentures" I am on Virventures.com, Logged into my account where I puchased the item. I have emails from Virventures saying I need to pay...

Anyway no one will help me, I called and was on hold for 1 hour and nothing, I sent emails and no reply. I finally just opened a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a table from Walmart. The table was delivered from Vir Ventures. The table was not as described. The color stated white. It was a grayish color. When we put the table together, it was not cut properly and there was a huge gap between the table leg and the shelf. I contacted Vir Ventures and they asked me to take pictures of the table which I did. Then they asked for pictures of the box which I provided. They then sent me a return authorization number but said I had to pay shipping. I paid the shipping charges and received proof from UPS that it was delivered on October 3rd. I waited several weeks and contacted them. I got the run around for several weeks. Finally, after staying on hold for nearly 2 hours, a representative said they received the table and will provide a refund within a few days. Then I get an email saying the table was damaged and they would not provide a refund. They showed pictures of the damaged table which showed severe damage. The picture showed an label on the table. The funny thing is, my husband removed all the labels when he put it together so this was not a picture of our table. They must have taken pictures of a bunch of pieces of wood from a damaged table they had on the premises. I emailed them saying this was not the table returned. Haven't heard back from them. What a scam. I called Walmart and they immediately provided the refund. I hope they get their money back from VirVentures, but at least I got my money back but not the shipping costs. I have never had such poor service. They are a very dishonest company. I looked on their site at the reviews and they only show 5 star reviews but other sites show very dissatisfied customers. Beware.

"I purchased a stainless steel chimney from VirVentures through Amazon. The chimney arrived damaged. I requested a return/refund due to the damage (selected "Item Damaged" for reason for return on Amazon) and was sent return instructions, a Return Authorization number, and a mailing label from VirVentures. The instructions stated that I was to pay for return shipping and that those shipping costs would be refunded to me since the item arrived damaged. I promptly send the item back using the return label and Return Authorization slip via UPS for a cost of $120.40 (the least expensive shipping I could find). VirVentures refunded my purchase price but refuses to refund the shipping costs, claiming I did not send them pictures prior to shipping (they did not request pictures prior to sending me the return instructions and shipping label/authorization). I followed their return instructions to the letter, expecting to be refunded my shipping costs as promised in their instructions, and they refuse to honor their own instructions/promises. I have communicated extensively with them through Amazon and filed a complain/request for refund with Amazon legal. VirVentures has been deceitful in their business practices and I would warn anyone away from dealing with them

Ordered a product through Amazon Prime. VirVentures labeled the "seller" on my Amazon order. All I saw during 2 weeks wait was "running late". Contacted Fedex as they were listed as the delivery company. No package had even been given to Fedex. Using VirVenture's virtual support, no help, calling the company after 25 minutes of hold, no help and someone will call me back as soon as they can to address. Most reviews are very negative and a scam. Cancelled order through Amazon. Waiting for credit on my account. Would NEVER accept this companies services again

I had a terrible experience with Vir Ventures. I would highly recommend staying away from Vir Ventures, which I assume gets business because it hides behind its affiliation with third parties such as Sears, Amazon and Walmart.

In my own case, I tried to cancel my order for a shower faucet set less than 24 hours after placing it with Vir Ventures (I thought I was dealing with Sears!) when my contractor said it wouldn't work. Vir Ventures never answered their phone so the item was mailed.

When I got the item, I didn't even take it out of the box and I followed the return instructions and had proof of the shipping via UPS. I waited months for a refund and when I finally reached the company they said I needed proof that they received the package.

I got the charge reversed when I told my credit card company the tracking number for the delivery back to Vir Venture. I thought I was done after that, but Vir Venture protested the credit without any proof! The charge was put back on and I had to provide proof again and this time I went to UPS and found out the exact date/time of the return delivery and even the person's name who signed for it on the loading dock!

This company is scum. I hope I can save people from what I had to go through!

4 weeks of struggling with these people. They sent the wrong item. Wouldn't pay for return shipping. Their reps deny their own policy, which states that shipping refunds will be given for incorrect items.

Opened a case with Amazon after 2 weeks and numerous messages. Tried to call them with the number they provided... nobody ever picked up. Finally got them to accept the return. I sent it, paid $15 for my own shipping, then they refunded half the item price. Had to contact Amazon again. They refunded the other half... but not the return shipping. Then, they pretended that they didn't approve me sending it back myself... after I had told them numerous times that was my only option.

I buy LOTS of things from Amazon. This was the absolute worst return I've ever experienced. Total disregard.

See below for the insane amount of Emails on this order. Should I have given up $100? How about $15?

Have called their customer service 3 times now. Always on hold for over 5 min before I hang up. Last time I decided to wait to see if they ever answer... my phone battery died after 18 minutes. They pretty much ignored my emails, replies with a canned email that said "we have escalated your issue to the concerned team and we will update you as soon as we hear from them." First email was sent about 10 days ago-no response yet. Avoid this business!

This company is downright disgusting! Long review but please read and BEWARE! I purchased an island for my kitchen and when I opened it I was very upset to see that several of the pieces of the were damaged beyond repair. I was even more upset that it was quite clear as you can see in the photos attached that these pieces were broken when they put the pieced into the box. The box itself was not damaged the actual pieces inside were bent, broken and had some sort of dirt/black smudges on them. To start I thought it would be like any other amazon return where i get a label and drop it off and instantly get my refund. NOPE, I had to coordinate with the seller. So after a week of waiting I had to have amazon get involved for them to even respond to me and that is where it gets ugly. I received this "letter" from them which basically stated that I was responsible for the cost of returning this item and it had to be through FedEx. This package weighed well over 100lbs and was in a large box, shipping cost was nearly $400; more then the actual product itself. The letter also stated that in returning the item I was accepting the fact that if the item was returned damaged in anyway I will only get a 10/20/30% refund based on the condition of the product and that I was not entitled to a full refund at all. During this entire MONTH long process I received 2 separate messages from the "manager" with a rather threatening message which was basically written and perceived as "if you don't remove your negative feedback we will prolong this as long as possible and may not even complete your refund for you." They wanted me to remove my feedback to give them the "will" to complete this return for me during this "difficult time." The will to complete this return is that you sent me a completely broken product and you WILL be paying for the return shipping and you WILL be giving me a full refund regardless of the condition you receive it in. Long story short, Amazon got involved made them pay the return shipping and refund me 100%. But it literally took a month and a few threatening emails back and forth with this disgrace of a company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

Delivery was damaged. That had us pay to ship back, then had the balls to charge us restocking fee for damaged merchandise. Asked us to track the package which was delivered to them in 2 days but 2 weeks later was claiming they did not receive. Unethical and a scam. Horrible people to do business with.

This company has bait and switch tactics. Advertised something and I ordered it, 12 pint jars of glaze. I was
Shipped 12 -2 oz jars. They will not honor the order as placed and accepted. Blamed it on a third party.
You will get no satisfaction from this company Vir Ventures Inc. I know I didn't. Based on my experience,
