I am totally disgusted with Walmart.com for dealing with Vir Ventures, especially after reading all these dissatisfied customers. Walmart should drop them from the list of companies they deal with if they care at all about their customers. I ordered something from Walmart not noticing it was through this awful company. UPS delivered it on 12/6 but it was only found on 1/8 because they left it in my back yard where I only saw it because I had someone shoveling back there. Needless to say, the box was damaged severely for having been left out to the elements for so long. UPS told me they do not replace boxes. This is a 28 lb package and needs to be sent to OK. UPS will not tell me how they resolved this with VirVentures and Vir Ventures will not discuss the results with me either. Not getting any help from either UPS or Vir Ventures, I will be dealing with BBB and see if they can help. The package needs to be returned as it, to my knowledge had not been delivered before Christmas. Neither UPS nor VV will assume responsibility to pay the delivery charges. Advice... beware of damaged packages delivered by UPS and do not order from outside companies through Walmart.

First of all, Walmart should be responsible for who they choose as vendors! Do not order any item on line from Walmart that dies not actually come from Walmart! This outfit, "Vir Ventures" are low life scammers! The first time I called them they hung up on me, I called back immediately to have an answering machine answer and left my name and phone number, I called back on four more occasions leaving name/number but they never return your call as they have no intention of doing so. I use citibank and am able to dispute all charges and scams and I suggest u all do the same. The charge company will get the money off of these LOW LIFE morons, I just wish they could shut them down! Don't let them get over on you, take action! My charge was only $12.50, but I don't care, I work hard for my money as do you all! Stay clear and NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM VIR VENTURES!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Impossible to reach Customer Service and unreachable and no response back from this Outfit! This makes you wonder how legitimate that they really are! I ordered Dec. 6,2016 from Walmart.com and they went through this Outfit to get me a Corner TV Stand with Fireplace, $332.00 worth of Loss! Not only am I out of my Money, but also stuck with a useless piece that cannot even be assembled to be used because the main Top of the TV Stand was Damaged in Transit from this Sham Outfit! This was a Christmas Present Suprise for my Daughter and was Delivered to her by UPS but when you go to Track it on the Walmart Site where I purchased it the UPS Numbers appear Bogus and also showing on the Screen Shot at Walmart.com as not even being Delivered! I am dealing with Walmart Customer Care Dept., and Filed a Claim through UPS! Instead of this being a Suprise Christmas Present for my Daughter it has turned out to be a Nightmare! I have Called getting an Answering Machine 3 Times, Emailed 4 Times and my Daughter has even Called just asking to have the Damaged Piece Replaced so that it can be assembled! I think that the Texas Attorney Generals Office needs to look into this Companies Behavior and Activities! I do have Photos if needed! Wallmart.com has Customer Reviews that are misleading to the Consumer on this Outfit, but when you do a search yourself it is a 59% Review Rating which is Deplorable and unacceptable and puts up "Warning Flags!" Is there not a Better Business Association in the Texas Area for Companies and to protect the Consumers? Sitting in Tennessee with a useless TV Stand and Fireplace and out $332.00! Thanks to Walmarts!

I ordered something fro Walmart.com that came from this outside company and NEVER received my order months later. When I called the customer service rep could barely speak English and told me there was an issue with delivery and I would not be receiving the item I purchased and offered me a full refund. I was told I would have a full refund in 2 - 3 business days several weeks ago, and have not yet been refunded. I tried calling the company back and all of their phone numbers are no longer in service! This is such a SCAM! They should be shut down!

Purchased an item from them through Walmart marketplace When I emailed them to ask for a return authorization, they replied saying the item must be new in package etc. I replied immediately saying the item was new and still in package. They STOPPED replying completely. After I contacted Walmart customer service and complained, the company emailed me the next day saying that they would contact me with 48 hours. Never heard from them. Emailed them again and they replied stating again that the item must be new and still in package. They are just wasting my time, trying to make me give up so that I will not return the item. Reading other reviews, I probably won't even get my refund and they'll keep the merchandise.

REALLY TICKED OFF! Calling Walmart this week so they can remove Virventure completely from their marketplace.

I had ordered cushions which were advertised as "Set of 2"... 3 sets would be 6 cushions in total. Only rec'd 3 cushions but was charged as if sold individually. I called and was told I would receive remaining cushions. I never rec'd them, so I called again... they told me that it was an error as being advertised as "Set of 2". Now, being I was told they were sending remaining ones, I put original 3 on the chairs already. They told me that being I opened them, that they weren't returnable. So, all in all, I have 3 cushions that I overpaid for, they won't refund me, they won't let me return them, and they won't send 3 more cushions unless I pay the extra $$. They won't answer my emails any longer, and it's always a problem getting through to them on the phone. I disputed the charge on my card. Now they send me an email saying to use the enclosed RA# to return original cushions and they will refund me AFTER CHARGING A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! Seriously?
I have noticed now, that quite a few sites have taken them off as a market vendor, and the company who actually makes the same cushions, still sells them as "Set of 2"... yeah, quite a rip off scam you got going there, VirVentures. Stay away from them!

I ordered a water filter system from them on ebay. They system came and was NOTHING as it was pictured on line. I returned the item. They NEVER credited me back, so I disputed the charge. This was after one month being returned to them, and it cost me $39.99, and the item cost me $143.00, so I had figured it was all done as they received the merchandise back and I had not kept the tracking number for the return.In the dispute, they wrote a letter to paypal saying they were in constant contact with me, and they will not even get in touch with me as I have called them several times with no response! Do not do business with these crooks, they do not show you what they sell, and you can FORGET about getting a refund from them! If I could go below 1 star, it would be negative 5 stars across the board!

VirVentures should be BANNED from internet sales. Do an internet search for "VirVentures reviews" for more comments!
Ordered one item from Newegg but fulfilled by VirVentures, received an entirely different product without authorization and with VirVentures knowledge that it was the wrong item. I asked by email to return "mistake" for refund (RMA), received no reply. After several days, called VirVentures customer service twice. Spoke to two people with broken English accents, hard to understand. I was told on phone I would receive a refund AFTER I returned their wrong shipment at MY expense. Called again, and was told I did not need to return item but charge would be refunded. This was about 9/23. Still waiting. Contacted Newegg customer service several times and finally and was issued an invoice from Newegg with a refund to PayPal as customer courtesy on 10/7. Still waiting. Filled a complaint case with PayPal, officially, on 10/18. Still waiting.

Update 11/12/16. Still waiting. Keep getting emails and phone calls from VirVentures saying they have processed a refund and are waiting for me to DELETE my review first. Interesting that my review on Newegg has disappeared and also my order history, along with negative reviews from others. PayPal wanted me to PAY return shipping for the $25.00 items that was VirVentures scam in the first place. So no help from anyone.

I placed my order on the Walmart website not realizing that it would be a third party. After trying to return the item to the store I realized that the paperwork did state 3rd party return. I contacted VirVentures and Alan informed of the restocking fee and that a RA would be emailed to me. It has been two weeks and no RA. O have called every day, several times a day. The message says the "Google subscriber is unavailable" so I leave messages which are unreturned.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM ITS A SXAM!

This is a great price for a 32GB SanDisk micro SDHC card. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase. For $10 this 32 GB class 4 micro SDHC card is worth every penny. This is a Class 4 card meaning that it gets the real-world performance of about 4MB sustained write speed, which is what I've experienced with it. If you did check out my profile you may know that I have reviewed a lot of data storage devices.It's because I am a very heavy smartphone & camera user. I have used memory cards of almost every brand and have a good idea about the performance of each.

Just wanted everyone to know today I get my recliner delivered the guy knocks on the door and my wife is disabled it takes her a while to get to the door so they drove off there is no way for her to get the stuff inside my house I am very dis appointed that my new recliner will have to sit outside till I get there in three day your service sucks big time I would never tell anyone to ever buy anything from your store your store sucks

I work in a professional field and have NEVER encountered the evasiveness and level of deceitful behavior VirVentures engages in. I ordered an item that was not as advertised nor sturdy enough for use. When I explained this their reply was they "do not accept opened packages." Luckily, Amazon felt otherwise and initiate a claim into their unscrupulous actions. After the claim was filed, VirVentures "changed their tune" and miraculously decided to accept opened boxes but want it shipped to the original manufacturer and not them (which is very shady). Further, they expect me to pay for return shipping costs and give extremely arrogant responses in their emails. I know they will find some excuse to deny a refund on the item once they receive - this seems to be their pattern of behavior. My best advice is to STAY AWAY FROM VIRVentures - as the "Vir" an abbreviation for VIRUS!

I love all of the neat things to buy, however I wish that phones in general today didn't cost half a grand! But I do love this site, which is a safe google site! I will be buying from this site again and again!
