Bought a 1957 Maisto Car from Sears Marketplace. I received a defective car. Called customer service several times, sent e-mails. They asked so many questions about the product. Also they requested a picture, that I sent several times. They told me they never received it. This is a crooked company that sells junk from CHINA. I know I'll never see my money back from these fake Americans.

I already reported them to the BBB. BEWARE... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE INDIAN SCAMMERS!

On Nov 1st I purchase a ceiling fan which I thought was a direct purchase from a Walmart. Turns out that it was from this company. In the same hour after reviewing my purchase I realized that I purchased the wrong item. I then contacted Walmart market place and tried to cancel the order. Virventures emailed me the next day (Nov 2nd)saying that I couldn't cancel the order because the item has already been shipped. I got the item delivered to my house. I contacted them and told them that I wanted to return it. They said I could return it but will be charged a 20% restock fee. Never again will I ever purchase anything from Walmart online or this company!

PLEASE stay away from Vir Ventures. They are crooks. Bought a heater and A/C unit from Sears Marketplace (Vir Ventures). The heater is only 3,700 BTUS and it was very weak but it NEVER said that when ordering. Wanted to return it and I emailed them and called and all they say is someone is working on this when nobody is really and they are crooks they will not send a return label to my email LIKE THEY SAID they would and its almost 45 days after that I am STUCK WITH THIS $400 PRODUCT I DONT WANT! PLEASE STAY AWAY

ACCIDENTLY BOUGHT THOUGH WALMART, THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, WHEN I STARTED TRYING TO SEND BACK THE ITEMS, I HAD TO PAY 60.00 TO SEND BACK TO THEM MYSELF, THEN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME NO RETURN MONEY, AND KEPT THE ITEMS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, AND WALMART SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LETTING THESE SCAMMERS BEST THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONEY! I HOPE YOUR DOORS ARE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY, AND YOUR COMPANY LOSES EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SCREWED HONEST DECENT PEOPLE OUT OF! 1! MY ORDER NUMBER **************

I bought a pair of shin guards for my 12 year old daughter, they came and they were so small. I got them from Sears.com, I took them back to sears as soon as I got the item and they said it's from a third party and you need to return it to them. I started the return process, they even gave me a phone number. An indian guy with a heavy accent answers all the time and of course he changes his name every time, same idiot of course, I told him I needed a label to return the item, he said we will email you and of course no email, the only emails they would sent would say the item can not be open, which it wasn't. Any ways Sears of course washed their hands and these idiots never helped me with the return. Stay away from these idiots!

Do not buy anything from this company. They pretended to be working with me and gave me a window to return one of their products (I never even opened the box when I received it). I returned it within their time window (14 days). They received it (I have confirmation from UPS) and then they sent me an email saying they were not going to refund my money (have no idea why not) and for me not to send the product back. I sent them an email stating that they in fact already had the product and they needed to refund my money. They never responded. Walmart backed me up and refunded my money ($160). Walmart is now investigating this company. I hope they no longer have them as a third party marketplace company. Please let Walmart know if you have been scammed by this company. Do not believe any of the 5-star reviews for this company. They are written by people who work at the company (many misspellings and similar phrases in all of the reviews). They are fake. There is no way any real person would rate their experience with this company as 5 star.

I wish I could give this unethical company a NEGATIVE 5 star review! My credit card number was stolen and used on the VirVentures website. I saw the fraudulent order right away and contacted VirVentures while it was in the first stage of processing. I was told they could NOT cancel the order. What a bunch of bullcrap! They know that the banks will give me my money back and also that THEY won't have to give MY money back to the bank for the fraudulent order They ALSO want to charge me a undisclosed amount for "interception charges" AND a 20% re-stocking fee! OMG. I AM LIVID! It's a win-win for them!. I am sure the VirVentures name is well known in the CRIMINAL world as a company that will KNOWINGLY take STOLEN credit card information and turn a blind eye! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED! DISGUSTING!

Ordered bunk beds from this company though Walmart too somehow. Half of a bed came and they did not contact us at all about the rest of the missing parts. Their solution was to refund us $30 of the $430 we spent for two beds. They are not a legit company and do not trust anything they say or have on the site. They don't have what they say they do and customer service does not work with them. I have zero idea how this company is still allowed to be operating.
