I ordered an item from them through the Walmart website- i ordered a xsmall the sticker on the package says xsmall and the item inside is a medium- i have been fighting with them- the item was $34.00 they offered me $5.00 back and keep the item i said no- they said then i can pay to return and a 20% restocking fee i said no i want all my money back- this was your mistake- all they keep saying is the same thing- THEY ARE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE DISGUSTING DON"Y EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I bought a piece of furniture from this company by accident. I tried to cancel it immediately. VirVentures completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped the item several days later. My advice is do not buy from VirVentures. They do not care about their customers in any way.

I ordered an item through Walmart.com who placed the order with VirVentures. I immediately canceled the order both through Walmart and VirVentures. After confirming the order was canceled, the next day Virventures decided to ship the item anyway. The item was never delivered to me by UPS, but Virventures insisted on charging my credit card for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. In my opinion, this is FRAUD and they should be charged with a crime for their behavior. I am also surprised at Walmart for doing business with such a horrible company.

I placed an order through Sears. Via Ventures was the subcontracted vendor. UPS delivered and empty box, I then contacted Sears and Vir Ventures, they called my order "damaged" and refused to send the product that I ordered. A total scam, do not purchase from this fraudulent company.

This is possibly THE WORST company around. Its a third party vendor for Walmart.com. You CANNOT return these products ordered to a Walmart store. AND they charge you a restocking fee (20%) They never intended on refunding any kind of money for a return of a product ordered that I literally removed from the shipping package and returned to same package and returned to VirVentures. What a joke. I contacted them for return authorization. Took 3 days for a reply (but funny they charged me the second I hit purchase item). Finally received email with RMA #. (which would expire in 7 days - good thing I wasn't on vacation). The customer service rep who I was conversing with almost DAILY (on my end) started out as a very nice guy. Not so much anymore though. Very arrogant to deal with. Originally when I inquired after the package was sent back about status of refund I was told that they received the package return and its in the final inspection stage and then goes to the refund stage. 3 plus weeks later I inquired yet again about refund status and was told I need a tracking number to locate the package that was returned! Excuse me? You have told me in several emails prior to this one that my package was received and in the inspection stage. They have NO intention on refunding money. Look elsewhere for the particular product you are looking for. BY ALL COSTS... AVOID THIS VENDOR! Next email... BBB and Walmart. Not for nothing, most of the poor reviews come from USA customers and the positive reviews come for overseas. JUST SAYING!

Poorly packaged, arrived in pieces (see photo) Seller, VirVentures, says too bad, so sad... We were hit by Hurricane Irma, with no power, and much going on to immediately (w/in 5 days) report the damaged orbs. We also purchased a coffee table and two end tables from this company at the same time the orbs were purchased, mind you. This is customer appreciation at its finest.:(

Thank you for your email. We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your request for a Return Authorization. As per our Return Policy:

"All unopened unused items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept any opened or used items, even if the item has been wrongly ordered by you.

In case of a damaged/defective item you can return the item to us for a replacement/refund within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to us verifying the damage/defect". Given the circumstances, we are unable to assist you with the issue.

We appreciate your understanding.

I contacted the company and the answer was "we will forward this to a different team for details." This usually means they don't have the item in stock, so I cancelled the ordered through Walmart. Stay away from Virventures, it seems that it is a nightmare to deal with this company.

I placed an order with this seller through WalMart and found a better price immediately after on Amazon. I tried to cancel the order right away but it required me to message the seller to initiate the return process. I messaged them, no response for several days (breaching the 2 day SLA stated) and they shipped it anyway. Then I called up to complain, they told me there's nothing they can do and to process a return. I get the item, process return, they have the nerve to charge a 15% restocking fee and make me cover shipping. This is the worst online seller I've dealt with through thousands of purchases. STAY FAR AWAY :(

The item arrived quickly than expected. The product is larger than imagined. It has a great, loud cracking sound. This is perfectly what we are looking for. Highly Recommended.

Product was exactly what I needed. Everything was good and good online purchase experience. I will purchase again from this vendor.

Very good seller. Item condition as described, fast shipping and prompt response. Thanks for the best service offered.
