I ordered a Michigan Championship Football long sleeve shirt. I thought I was getting a sweatshirt and if I ended up with a shirt, that may have been my mistake.
However, there is no mistake in the poor quality of the shirt. The fabric is rough and scratchy, so thin it is see through. They have a no return policy which was not noted on their Facebook ad. I am sure that the "no return" is because they know how poor the quality is. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

They just close the account after a day from signup under mystérieuse causes and the suppot team is 👎

There are no returns or exchanges so if your shirt does not fit, you are out of luck. I loved the design but the shirts are rougher material and mine ran small.

I ordered 3 of the same tee shirts and got 3 different ones, not very happy. Sent to my family for christmas.

The picture of the Merry Swiftmas shirt looks great. But once I got the shirt it looks like Taylor Swift with a bad tan.

I purchased a Real Women Love Football University of Texas t-shirt. When my daughter opened it for her birthday, she said mom this color orange is for University of Tennessee (bright orange) and NOT University of Texas (burnt orange). I was unaware it was the wrong shade of orange. She certainly would never wear it and Viral style won't let me exchange for something else due to past 30 days. Her birthday was several months from the purchase date so I am out of luck! Also for the price of the t-shirt not good quality material. Very disappointed!

I placed an order and it took over a month to receive my order. I tried to cancel before shipping be because I didn't need it anymore because it just took to long. I returned my order. I have sent several messages to the status of my refund $, but no one has responded. Today I called and got an answering machine. I give it a review of -0.

They sent the wrong size shirt and now will NOT answer me. I have sent quite a few emails and they are NOT answering them. Help!

I ordered a 49er shirt and charger shirt. Yes we are a house divided. However, my husband's CHARGER shirt came in the mail, but NOT my 49er shirt.
I received emails regarding my shirt, however I asked for a refund for the 49er shirt. It took about 2 weeks to get. Through my frustration, I was trying to WAIT to give them time to make some more.

I'm learning my lesson with ordering sports clothing with unfamiliar companies instead of NFL or fanatics. I've ordered some things through AMAZON wayyyyy better return process.

I only order, because I see different or unique designs you can't get on NFL Fanatics or Amazon.

But after going back and forth on emails, seeing poor grammar and can NEVER get anyone on the phone. They list a USA phone number or address, but I'm finding out these items are being made OVERSEAS some where,

Welll, that's my take on this company. I was lucky to get my money back.

And looking at some of the reviews with photos, showing what the shirts look like after you wash it. I'm scared to washy husband's shirt...

Ordered 2 tshirts on 9/19/2023. Received only 1. Contacted customer service. Never received missing tshirt. Will never buy from again!

They suck. I've been waiting weeks for Phillies sweatshirt by the time I get the stupid thing. The World Series will be over. If I don't get it I want a refund or why don't you try calling your customers back you never do.

Wondering how many folks have gone through this problem? I contacted ViralStyle and there's nothing they can do because the address was correct. I contacted USPS and they, too, cannot validate that it was actually delivered into my personal mailbox. There are several boxes that open with a large door, but the box could have been placed in any nearby adjoining box. I've contacted PayPal and they're now following up. Wish me luck! Out $39 total!

Ordered two different t shirts, received two shirts both the same. Contacted customer service and they don't care. Not happy at all, stay away

I made a purchase in April, in August they informed me that it was canceled and that I would receive the amount paid back.
I'm waiting until now!

Trying to take my money. I was sent 3 orders instead of 1 order. I will dispute this with my credit card company!

Horrible website, i started a new account first day and it got suspended for no reason. + Poor platform with very few mockups. I prefer other websites

I ordered five shirts from Viralstyle after Toronto advanced to the second round. On May 22, I received four of my shirts but it was the last four shirts I got. I contacted customer support through email and they told me it was out of their control and now I'm on my own. I won't use Viralstyle again because I'm spending couple hundred dollars for the merchandise. Not for merchandise to not arrive.
