I read many complaints about quality. It is the designers responsibility to DESIGN HI QUALITY DESIGNS. The designers need to watch you tube videos tutorials on design. Viralstyle takes orders, prints, and ships. They have great customer service so if you dont like their service then maybe, just maybe you are the problem. The only reason I gave this one star is so people on the fence of buying this product can see. Honestly The GET 5 STARS!

I bought a West Wing special edition T-shirt as a present for my son. Due to the pandemic i couldn't get it him quickly. When he did finally get it the print started to crack after only 3 wears and 1 wash! (turned inside out to protect it). When I contacted them the response was that it was over 30 days since delivery so tough! They won't reprint as it was a special edition (which I understand) but there was no offer of any compensation. Very disappointed with the whole process!

I purchased two shirts, one for my wife and one for my daughter. My order arrived with one shirt missing and the quality of the shirt that I received was TERRIBLE. The graphic looks faded and washed out, nothing like the picture on the website. I will NOT be a repeat customer.

This company stole my own design and use it and sell it on their website...
I tried to contact them and ask them kindly to remove it. They didnt...
All designers around be careful this is fake company that stealing designs from others and use it for their own profit..

I posted "It's a shame postage is so expensive" and they blocked me. It wasn't negative, I really wanted their t shirt. Do not post on their facebook page or buy from them because this is how they treat people.

Picture quality is very blurry. I ordered a large for female and the size i got is men's L size not ladies. However, could be men's xl. IT IS HUGE.

Tracking number not recognised. Been waiting months for delivery of sweatshirt, still not appeared. Do not use this company.

My shirts are AWFUL! For the amount of money I paid for Iron Bowl Shirts, this is RIDICULOUS! The print on my shirts look like something from the Dollar Tree! I was hurt because these were Christmas gifts. How can you all send customers something like this? You all knew when you all printed these shirts that I would not be satisfied. Especially after I paid almost 95.00 for 2 pitiful shirts. I want a refund because the print job is awful!

I purchased three different shirts recently, one for my husband and two for me. My husbands shirt came misprinted (the image was tiny, uncentered, and not as advertised) but support has agreed to replace it. So the two stars is for support, which was responsive and quickly resolved the issue. In the meantime I received the two shirts I ordered. On one, the print is so light (white text on pink shirt) you can't actually see it, and the shade of pink is different from what was advertised. The second was royal blue but arrived with the shirt looking outstretched (almost like it was worn except for the strong scent of chemicals) and the text is blurry on the edges. Given the price I expected more, and will not be buying from this company again. The good news is that they do have good, responsive support.
