This "fashion" magazine for WOMEN uses models, which are MEN masquerading as females. Check out the NO hips, shoulders wider than hips, large neck, large hands, joker mouth, trachea cage in neck (sometimes not all the time due to trachea feminization surgery) tranny poses (hand(s) on hips or legs crossed). This fashion magazine is only worthy of the trash can since they use shemales. When this fashion magazine decides to use genuine females to model their fashion, then I will consider their clothing.

The clothes looks so fabulous and unique. I'm a 0-1 on bottoms and a small on tops. I ordered a small top and small dress and they ended being way too huge on me. Smh i gave them to my mom thinking it would fit her since she's a medium-large, they didn't even fit her either. Do disappointing. Venus would of been my # 1 store for shopping clothes but after seeing the results of their clothes in person I'm ashamed I even purchased them.

I've ordered Venus for many years. The string bikinis with the moderate cut is my style of choice. I ordered two new ones in the same size I always get and it barely covered my bottom. I compared it to older suits I had in the exact same cut and size and the new bottoms are literally two inches smaller! Why would they do this? I tried ordering a size up and they were still too narrow to comfortably wear in front of anyone and very uncomfortable to wear period. The cut is now like the old rio cut used to be. Got a suit at Target that fit better Venus. Very sad.

I recently bought several items from Venus for the first time. I ended up returning one of the shirts, due to poor sizing. I finally received my refund and was shocked by what I found. I paid $29 for the shirt, but was refunded $18.09. I order constantly online and Never have I seen such ridiculous charges. Recommendation; Do Not purchase from this company. Clothes are mediocre at best and return policy is a rip off!

I paid for 2 day shipping... on a Saturday... I understand what 2 business days means... which to me for 2 day shipping. Would be Tuesday then... Not for this site, I paid to get my order 5 days after I ordered it... I ordered from Victorias secret the same day and didnt pay for any kind of expedited shipping and will have my order sooner. Dont give this company free money to NOT get your order to you when they say youll get it... Not sure if I will order from this company again. I dont like being played to get extra money out of me. A little shady...

I have ordered from Venus for many years and I've ordered MANY items. The sizing has always been pretty spot on. Of course there are some items that I order a size up, but that's my personal preference due to the material, etc. For instance, any sweats or sweaters I usually size up because I like them sorta loose fitting. The pricing and quality have never disappointed me. There has only been one occasion where I've had to return an item and that was because I thought it was a different material, but that was my oversight. When I went back online to view the item I realized that I had misread the information so I clearly couldn't blame Venus. I returned the item for which I had used PayPal to pay and I received a credit in a very timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

To start they should be ashamed of their customer service. I've hand written complaint letters, messaged the help center and complained to customer service several times and was given automated responses as if i'm a robot. The clothes are made like complete crap, they never look anything like the images in catalog or online. I gave several opportunities and ordered many times but always ended up returning orders in full and have been disappointed over and over again. On top of that after explaining how frustrated and fed up I was as a card holder i was charged late fees for orders that I returned in full. Did they care, NOT ONE BIT! Returns are not free, so imagine paying shipping twice for the poorest made clothes and than get a late fee because you didn't want to pay your bill before the return was processed.

So I was looking for an additional online clothing site and wound up seeing tons of negative reviews on several sites. So I thought I'd take a look at Venus reviews and was shocked. I'm thinking there must be a lot of bitter people in the world because I love Venus! Honestly, I order from them about every other month and have for a couple of years. I had one shirt that I didn't particularly care for but it was as pictured, I just didn't like it in person. Venus price to quality is on point. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more new clothing. Seriously, Venus is great online site!
