Information provided regarding my items was very helpful. In particular, I had some spoons given to me by an old aunt and I had no idea of their provenance. I was told they originated from the far east, which made a lot of sense knowing my aunt was a nurse in that region during WW2.

I suppose everyone expects a high valuation of their item, but mine was derisory. A 9ct gold wristwatch, Omega make, in excellent condition was valued at £180.
Given the current price of gold at approx £67 per gram, the scrap value is worth more than £180.

You found a couple more comparisons than I found. I'm not sure it's worth $28.00 but will see if we sell it and the appraisal was the selling point

I found this service to be very helpful in identifying my midcentury sofa. I also received my valuation very promptly. The valuation I received however, was slightly undervalued. The valuation was $120.00 and I sold the sofa for $500.0 after receiving multiple offers.

Based on my research of long case grandfather clocks by Bailey, Banks and Biddle I am not sure if I agree with your assessment. I do appreciate the info you have provided. Because this clock is a one of a kind I think your evaluation is an opinion vs a comparison. Thank you for your time and expertise.

I needed a valuation on a vintage guitar and could not find anybody locally with the requisite knowledge.
I was wary of using an online company but
ValueMyStuff has exceeded all expectations.
After sending a dozen photos and a short description of the guitar (the website is very easy to use) I received a report of the history of the guitar (with a pdf download) and a lower and upper estimate of the auction value within the 48 hours stated.
All at a very affordable charge.
They are currently looking into possible ways for me to sell the guitar in my area -

I have been using this service for many years. It was hit and miss so in addition to ValueMyStuff I would consult with other sources. I believe they are getting better with my last couple of appraisals.

Made their easy $28 off me just to say my Rembrandt was a replica lol … Just by looking at its on metal not true and its signed by the artist which can't be replicated. Never go through this company again plus just throws info out that they have original piece in England. Well like his art didn't get to America lol

Appraisal came back quickly and a pretty good description of what was. I note about the item and fair market value and why it was that value. I'd definitely use them again. Oh, and all this at a great price!

This place is a complete jo my ke. I've had several things appraised by them and each time they come back with the lowest most insulting appraisals. One of the items I have appraised and they stated it was valued at $50 sold at auction for $4600. Imagine how many people listen to their valuation and sell their items for next to nothing because this company tells them it's not worth anything. They also had the nerve to double their price this year. Christie's, sotherby, and heritage all do free valuations with trained buyers not just a bunch of jerks behind a computer.

Having an old bronze sculpture sitting on a cupboard top collecting dust for the last 58 years or so, somehow once acquired by my grandfather who died in 1965, I recently identified through web browsing the sculptor who created it. Being unable to control my curiosity, I needed to find out what the value of the sculpture might be. I took some photos and sent to "ValueMyStuff" requesting a value of this relic.
