I liked the idea of having a report of a home i'm looking to buy, but I feel cheated that the more valuable information could cost an additional $15 total to get intel on. Most of the info I paid the $1.25 I could have found for free - however it was conveniently organized for me on this page.

When I began this inquiry I was told that it would cost me $ 1.25 after I entered my charge and personal info I viewed a screen asking if I agree to the terms of being charged $19.99 a month until I stop the "subscription". I did not agree. I asked for the basic report. That seems sneaky to me!

I like your web site very much. I am not a realtor and am not looking to buy or sell ---just trying to help an impaired aunt. So I only wanted the one report. Now I am not sure if I have signed up for the monthly report which I don't want or need--other than that very pleased with report and it printed well.

I used this website once to order a BASIC report, which was $1.25. When I went to the checkout, I thought they only charged the 1.25. Instead, I got charged 19.95 plus the 1.25. Then I called customer service and nobody answered my call. I was on hold for more than 1 hour. Stay away unless you wanna get scammed!

I thought the process was very simple and I got just exactly what I wanted in just a few minutes. My card better not get charged for more than the $1.25 that it states originally. I don't want a monthly subscription. I only needed to use it once and once only. Thank you.

I was a bit confused as to the fee. I hopefully was only charged the $1.95 to obtain basic information, then there was another pop up that was indicating $19.95 per month, so I hesitated at that point, however, I had already given my visa card information, so I am hoping that I wont be charged $19.95 as I am not interested in any other information except what the basic gave me. Please let me know. ASAP

Tried the second an third times today to place credit card number for report. Would not transact but continued to request credit card info. Three times $1.25 with no satisfaction or ability to speak with customer service spells scam

Please be advised that I began what i truly believed to be an ordeal in search for a childhood home my siblings were privileged enough to reside in. I was pleasantly shocked and certainly appreciated the ease and quick results in which i encountered. Great price for what I needed. We are renting a cabin up North for a weekend getaway and I needed a way to check and make sure the person collecting our money was in fact the property owner and your report gave us that information.

I had searched a number of websites and "white pages" to get contact information for the owner of the house for sell. Your site was the only one. I like they way this site is set up and has the contact link for prospective buyers. Thank you so much.

I have been looking up houses to flip and really needed more information than was available by the sites. Came across this site in my search for more info and I must say that I am actually surprised by how much information I received. This site will get my subscription.

Scam! Thought i was getting a free tax assessment on my property. Nope! Billed be 4 times. Will be putting a hold on these transactions. I should have called my city but it was after hours for this. All of this info is free from your local city assessment board.

You block movement way to soon. I don't think I've had a chance to read the whole thing. Thiis process is basically ticking me off. And take the chat button off. It is also very irritating. Just let me read before you go all in my face.

Nice summary. I am not an agent but I have done a ton of research regarding this home. Most of this info I had already found (with many hours of work) but I did learn much from the Comparable Properties. Definitely worth the money!

I was looking to find a general overview of the area and the housing trend in particular. The market and the neighborhood is changing from the last time I saw it some years ago. The home owners don't do much for the outside improvements.

1) They give the impression that there is a ton of information available -- only after purchase to they say "sorry no information available"
2) You have to read the fine print to avoid ending up in a subscription...

I just needed to find out who owned the mortgage on a certain property and was able to get the information for a low fixed price instead of paying for a monthly subscription. I liked having that option.
