Everything I needed and more, This site is legit.! I want the owner to know that the people he rented his place to deal with Identity thief, and counterfeit money. I was a victim of ID theft by a Nigerian back in 2016, and I vowed no one will ever go through that hell, not if I could help. And this site help me inform the Landlord of his new tenants. GREAT!

Excellent Information and detail about homes you are considering. Worth the time to review. For example, detail about crime which is not readily reported in other sites.
Details about flooding you can not find especially in Arizona Web Site for free.

Easy to enter, to access for info, price is right, but... I looked for "Lock" for Secured submission sign before I entered credit card number, and am feeling a little uneasy that I couldn't find it in field.

So, is this a secure site or not?

Wanted to dispute my increase in mortgage payment and needed the valuation, this report really helped. Fortunately, all is well at Wren Meadow and the valuation is higher than the appraisal. However, did note that the property is listed as 4 bedrooms and it is just 3 bedrooms, just an error.

A complete and structure report, with more detail than I expected for the amount I paid which was pretty much nothing. I love this site and also gives the customer the opportunity of just 1 simple report or a premium subscription a month with unlimited access.

This site was easy to use and gave me a result without having to talk to a realtor. All the "free" sites won't give you an appraisal without making you leave a phone number and "agreeing" to talk to a real estate agent. I'm not interested in selling, do not want to talk to a realtor, just wanted to know the value of my home.

They don't make you join any membership to get your report. If you want to you can for a really fair price but your not forced to. The report was complete with all the information I needed. Plus they have live help 24/7

In trying to gather information about property owenrship, this site was very simple and it did not ask you to provide a lot of information and then magically withhold that information - until the credit card is needed. I checked the site for 2 separate locations, commercial and residential and was very pleased with results

OK. Some information is obsolete and others were incomplete. Most information is available on internet for free. Was looking for whether this property is covered under a homestead, but the report does not provide that detail. Report was just OK.

I looked all over the internet for my property tax records and the county didn't have them on their website so I opted for this report. All pertinent information for my property came up. Super cheap, too. Printing out the 4 page report now. Thanks!

The basic report was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Well worth the cost. It told me the estimated value, the purchase price, the original and additional filed mortgages, as well as the suggested rental value. I could not have asked for more.

I did not get much information about this house before I purchased it, but I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I was happy to see what it looked like prior to my purchasing it. I have made some upgrades and wondered if I had done the home justice. I am glad to see that I did. Thank you so much for allowing me to see that I did the right things.

I want to buy a home but it needs lots of work and I didn't know where to start but that's to this site for $1.75 I found more info than a realtor could provide. Only thing it needs are ways to retrieve floor plans.

I found your report to be somewhat accurate, but a little disappointed by the real estate value you placed on the home.

Obviously as I am the current owner. We did not buy the house at $175k nor would I. Not sure where you got that info, however, if it was by the previous owner that would make sense.

I paid a very minimum amount for this report but if your going to charge at least get the basics correct. My house is only 1062 sq. Ft. But the report says over 1600 sq. Ft so then is the estimate correct considering there is a 600 sq. Ft. Difference. Everything else looks correct.

I looked at the basic report for my own home and about half the information was incorrect including the number of bedrooms and the number of floors - pretty basic items that have not changed since I purchased the home as the original owner in 2001. Sure glad I didn't opt for the "detailed report" or the monthly access.

Quick and realistic based on other sources consulted. I don't mind paying a fair price for a good report but mention of a recurring charge is a little intimidating. I am not a realtor and I don' t expect to need this service on a recurring basis.
