I purchased a report for less than a dollar, the email, which I have says no further billing. Then, I see they are automatically charging my credit card for $19.95. I called to cancel but the admin person I spoke with says she cannot provide refunds and there is no one else to talk with. Really? Meanwhile, I hear laughing in the background. Needless to say... Do no use this company or this site.

It appears I purchased a 95 cent review and then ended up with a $30/month membership charged to my credit card. No emails were ever sent on any of the transactions, though when i called they confirmed they had my email address.

Have no recollection of using the site, nor any need.

I have security system, Solar panel which I dont pay electricity, a median shed, and home water filtration system. All this would increase home value even more. Not bad comparing when I bought it with no down be a VA home loan. 100,000 in pocket

I needed a quick way to figure out the general value of my home as I started the refinance process. This was an easy way to ballpark the value that seem pretty accurate. It is significantly lower than the county "appraised" value, but county appraisals or often off. Nevertheless, I will be having an official appraisal done in the next couple of weeks and I will compare its accuracy then.

Please do not ruin my totally positive first impression by automatically charging my checking account $19.95/month that I did not choose and do not need. I absolutely respect current homeowner's privacy and may make an offer in case of owner's eventual decision to sell.

I thought I was just paying a one time fee of $1.95 for a report, but when I check my account theres two charges of. 95 and 19.95. Not once did i click to sign up for the premium account. I authorized a 1.95 charge not 19.95. Straight scammers for a report that doesn't have much info. One and done with this company. Time will tell if they hold up to their word on refunding me the money.

After many attempts to find out the owner of a rental property nearby, this website finally came through. I also learned other valuable things about the property. Some sites charge $30.00 for this info! Glad I found this one.

This was very fast with very little information needed. It gave me much more information than I was expecting. Very pleased. I requested a basic report, I'll keep an eye on my account just in case. It would be very easy to push the wrong button

I was expecting a simple 2 statement report showing the property value, but US Realty Records exceeded my expectations with not only my initial request, but additional information regarding schools and demographics that I didn't expect to receive. Thank you!

I looked up my own house! It was brand new when I bought it 7 years ago and I personally know the family that formerly owned the land that my house was built on. The report listed the current owners as people who live in another state! I only spent $1.25 for the "basic" report, but the site was relentless in trying to convince me to buy "additional" information. Total BS!

Since we own this house, I know what it looks like. The site shown on page one is the area BESIDE our house, and not even on our property line. It doesn't name the years the previous owner owned it or the realtor who sold it to us. Glad I only 'bought' one report and not a monthly subscription. Now will be sure to peruse my next credit card statement to be sure I was only charged one time.

I grew up at 252 s central ave and wanted to know who owned it now and what it was worth. We sold it in 1957 for $8000. I hate that it has gone in such disrepair. I thank you for the great information and the fast service. Wish I could buy it and fix it but at 78 I'm too old and my family is all in SC. Again thanks for making my day.

I lived here with my dad who passed away last September. I'm being intimidated to leave, etc.im trying to do improvements I wanted to do for daddy, and my sister has done everything to interfere. My request for the valuation report for this property was received in a very quick span of time. I opted out of monthly membership though. I don't think I need further. However, if I find it necessary in the future I will most definitely return to UsRealtyRecords.com! Thanks!
