I have been missing a package for over a month; but it says is been delivered but I didn't get it. And this is the 2d. Time within a year that I'm missing a package delivered by USPS; now they are telling me that maybe someone stole it and to file a police report. I went to the Lenexa location couple times with out any good news. The customer service is poor, I left my information and no one have contact me. Horrible service!

Phone Services

Your phone services are horrible. I had one question and still can't reach any one to help me. I do not know how to get my package. The automatize line doesn't get you to a live person. Doesn't even know how to help me locate a pack you just sent me an email about. This is horrible I do not recommend that any one use USPS services. I am not giving any stars. I am going to leave a review everyday because this is horrible customer service. You can't even leave a review without clicking a star. Again horrible

I called customer service. And I asked that the package to be sent back to the sender. They refused and told me to do it online. I told them online wasn't working plus my package was not eligible. They suggested another choice that they can hold the package with mail till I pick them up. I told them no. They are lousy! Franklin post office in Wisconsin

Not satisfied

I sent an overnight envelope out on Aug 3rd the receiver just received it today (Aug 23rd). I sent a package out regular mail on Aug. 12 it should have been delivered Aug. 15 it has not arrived yet. I tried tracking it with the number provided and the website says it does not exist its not a valid tracking number. What is wrong with USPS our mail is very important do they not get it.

Better off using UPS

Two weeks ago I sent off a certified letter to some attorneys that was time sensitive I was told it would be there following Monday it's now been 2 weeks later and it still sitting at some facility attorneys have not received it even though I paid for it to be certified in on time somebody is obviously incompetent

Tracking number never updates

US Postal Service is terrible service. I have important documents I mailed on Monday post to be delivered on Thursday and never got delivered. They do this every single year US Postal Service to get an update on their tracking system so they can actually update their customers tracking number.

Back mail carrier

On fri Oct 28th mail carrier rung my doorbell too find my package and mail on the ground outside my backdoor. I approach her told her that was unacceptable, sign at front door saying put package inside the screen door mail should be in mailboxes. I was furious get it right geesz

I was home by chance on my work day.
I observed the mail person triple check a package and see to it they put it in the correct spot.
My area can be very confusing, house in front, apartments behind, many conflicting addresses.
Yet the mail person walked back and forth 3 times to confirm the packages address! Amazing.

From the day that Trump appointed Louis DeJoy to be Postmaster General, the US Postal Service has been a shambles. I have had several items sent to me via USPS that I never received even though the senders confirmed that they had sent them. The idea was that if the USPS no longer functioned, Trump would stand a greater chance of being reelected. We see how that turned out; all he left from his four years in office has been damages. If someone is sending me something of critical importance, I instruct them to use any alternative service if they really want me to receive it. Today makes just one more day of mail pieces that have not arrived despite the report over Informed Delivery that they would arrive. I wonder if the US will ever recover from the damages of those four years and from the utter shame of having had such a creature in the country's top office!

Poor Communication
February 20, 2022

I wish they would sent an email stating that the delivery wasn't able to be delivered at the same day due to the instruction. Instead they sent you a email the next day early in the morning at 5:49am saying they couldn't follow the simple instructions. Request mail to be drop off in the building of our apartment and gave them the code to the door. Such a hard thing to do. This is by far the worst experience and I never have this problem.

A packet was sent from Detroit to miami Fl, I Ece it arrived, they send it back to Detroit. The address was correct, however in the Opaloka center, this stupid people send it back to Detroit. I call and they started send it to Miami. Once it arrived to Opaloka center, this stupid people send it back to Detroit

Why is it so hard to get my stuff sent to me JUST because my address has a 1/2 on it? Even if I put in. 5? It's an actual physical address. Why can't I put that in on pretty much an shipping website? Example: address is 582 1/2. Not 582.582 is my neighbor. Yet everything must be sent to my neighbor for me to receive it? Thankfully I don't have a kleptomaniac as a neighbor. Because I have to get pretty much everything sent to them if I want to order online. It's extremely annoying, and it's a giant nuisance. I'm genuinely curious if it's a postal issue or if it's an online ordering issue. And with the pandemic going on and having to order mostly online, I would really like to figure it out.

I just paid $21.00 to mail a priority mail package from Denver, CO to Austin, TX on Monday. USPS tracking now says that it's been in a regional facility in Ohio for almost 2 days and now won't arrive until Friday. WTF? What kind of PRIORITY MAIL takes 5 days and gets routed all over the country? Ever since Dejoy took over the postal service, mail delivery sucks! I want my old reliable mail service back. Can't believe I spent $21 on priority service, when ground delivery could have made it there in the same amount of time. Some priority!

We spent the last few years looking for a Lladro Figural piece from Spain called "Fox Hunt". When it was discontinued in 2014 it sold for $10,000.00 and in some instances it sold for $15,000.00. We finally located one in Washington DC, negotiated a price & they shipped it to Albany Oregon in same original Lladro padded box designed to withstand a trip from Spain to USA. USPS beat the HELL out of the beautiful work of art & will not reimburse the seller even though it was fully insured. We have the USPS delivery guy on video striking the curb with it on a hand truck with it sideways!
We'll NEVER use USPS for valuable pieces of art again.

Horribly bad

I received my checks after 15 days since it is sent.The second check I didn't recived after 15 days since it is sent while I am writing this comment. I declared to my organization not to send my checks through USPS. It is old fashioned, slow and impolite.

The USPS is literally the worst entity/organization I have ever seen. Absolutely low standards because why would they care about customer service. Look at how terrible the ratings are. I have three packages that I have not received in the last three weeks. One package is MIA, one package says it was delivered but it never made it to my mailbox - so I guess the mail person stole it, and one package (This is the worst one yet) I received someone else's package of very important documents including an envelope of money with my package tracking info stuck too it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have filed reports and of course no one seems to be able to help. They just don't care because they know everyone still has to use them.

Please do not hold my packages at the postal office. The Monroe Oregon post office keeps holding my packages at the office they deliver other peoples packages up and down my street and on side streets for some reason they wanna hold mine. There's reasons why I need them delivered to my home I should not have to state the personal reasons why but that's why I order things online you've had my package since October 16 and another since the 18th you state that you attempted to delivery but that is a total lie you never once attempted a delivery you just use that statement too often. Now I need my packages and I need them delivered I did not order them so they were just sit there one of them was for someone's gift last weekend and they did not get their gift this post office in Monroe Oregon does not care about the neighborhood or the human beans do you need more help then you better hire more help because Christmas is only coming real soon.

Late shipping

I shipped my package from ******* location with 2nd day delivery option destination is Cincinnati, OH. USPS tracker shows scheduled Delivery by MONDAY 27 by 6:00pm. As of now Wed 9/29, It hasn't arrived at Cincinnati, OH. USPS has a toll free number which is fully automated. You can't reach any human to talk to. Of course, I had to pay premium fee for 2nd day delivery. This is unacceptable. I should have gone with FEDEX. Big mistake.

Stolen packages
September 14, 2023

I am a usps employee and sent my packages out at a manual office. They do not print receipts in manual offices.
Both of my packages were stolen I'm out over 100.
Unless you take a picture. You're out that money. I'm upset but I love my job my coworkers supervisor and my postmasters a friggin RockStar
