I was very pleased and surprised in my dealings with usglobaltech.com I have never been helped so well as they treated me. I had some difficult problems and they worked long and hard to find my solutions. Every one was professional and knew what they were talking about. I asked many questions with my agent, Teresa and she listened and wouldnt give up until all problems were taken care of. Very reassuring and patient. I am an elderly ladywith very little electronic experience. And I appreciated the attention given to fixing it. She wouldnt give though I was ready to. So I am very grateful.
