My issue was solved
I was very pleased with the service I received. My computer had slowed to just above stop and needed assistance. It was given to me and my computer had excess malware that was removed and my computer should be up to speed when I go on it again. I am very thankful that technician was able to find the problems it was having and fixed it so that it will notify me if I again have these problem. My problem was to the extant that my Norton application was removed from my computer by the malware!
Great service! Highly recommended. Jason did a wonderful job. He worked relly hard on my conputer and took the time to answer my questions.

I received a really nasty e-mail saying they had my passwords and was threatening to expose all this stuff and wanted 4,900.00 not to put it on the web etc. The first thing I did was call the law, because none of what they were saying was true. They said they could do nothing so I called your office for help.
Thank you for your service. Now I will go back and change all my passwords and make them stronger.

When I contacted US Global Tech I was having terrible issues with my computer. The tech explained to me what I needed done to my computer. The service was completed quickly and courteously. I am happy with my experience. I really appreciated the personal touch of receiving call backs to check on how my computer was running.
