I had called because of problems with my HP scanner/printer. Melanie suggested that my computer needed some maintenance clean up. They did the work and everything is running very well, including the scanner/printer.

Thanks I worked with Jennifer and Roldan and both technicians were patient with me and provided well above excellent service. I was so frustrated with this process and both technicians guided me through it without losing any patience. We started this process at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, 5-14-20 and we just ended it on 4:20 a.m. on 5-15-20. Jennifer was the initial tech that helped me over the phone and I was transferred to Roldan. Roldan cleaned my computer and installed my printer- he was absolutely EXCELLENT. I am very impressed with the service that I received - thanks so much. I am definitely a satisfied customer

I contacted them to help me buy toner for a copier I recently purchased. She told me why my computer was giving me a hard time. She toled me what it would take to fix the problem. She fixed the problem today and I am happy with the results. Thank you.
