My first experience as not satisfactory...

My first experience as not satisfactory... I tried to work with a Service Tech name of John on Tel Ext 122...terrible customer service. Never finished the job.poor communication. My second experience was with Mary on Tel Ext 127... EXCELLENT + She listened carefully and solved my problems and made sure everything was OK. Great Service!

OMG!

OMG! Everyone was so nice, patient, and thoughtful. I am 70 yrs old so this is new for me and your employees made me feel at ease. I had to ask several questions over and over again and they still were so patient and accommodating. Thank you for their professionalism and making me feel valued.

Sarah quickly ID the situation and clearly defined the problem and her plan to resolve. One trail then another lead quickly to everything -printer, computer, AND scanner back up and running. I received a full checkup and maintenance and do believe the value and time spent was worthy. Highly recommend this service and do wish we could adopt SARAH and have her come live with us!

I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVVY AND AT 85 YRS OF AGE, I DON'T WANT TO BE. I'VE BEEN DEBUGGED SINCE I RETIRED AT 67.
