Needed my computer cleaned and McAfee installed
I did not expect it to take 5 hours but when the Tech explained they were working with other customers it made sense however I had to re-adjust my day to an afternoon schedule
It took nearly 12 hours for the techs to connect my new Canon printer. I started at 2:30 p.m. March 21. I was initially told all the techs were busy and would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called again from my landline and was told pretty much the same thing. After about 20 minutes Dan Roberts called me and started to work through the issues with no satisfaction, saying my computer needed to be cleaned up. He said it would take two to three hours. After five hours I called him directly and left a message He called back with 10 minutes saying the cleanup was still going on and he couldn't give me an estimate of how much longer it would take. I said I'd be going to bed soon and he agreed to call me on March 22 after 10.a.m. However, I was rudely awakened at 12:15 a.m. by Mary Ann D. Who spent until 2:05 a.m. working with me to resolve the problem. It was finally resolved and both my desktop and my laptop are capable of printing to the new printer. That's the reason for two stars, otherwise I'd have rated it lower. Am I happy my printer works? Yes. I am not happy to have been wakened from a sound sleep to work on it.
