The staff was very helpful, walking me though everything, and very patient with me because I am not a computer expert. I learned that I need to call for help about one a year, because in waiting a longer period of time, many things can go wrong. It is nice to have everything cleaned up and working well again.

My machine was having boot up issues and many popup interference it appears USGlobalTech resolved all the problems I will know for sure after I use this machine for a few days Their staff was very professional and made be feel very comfortable while working with the tech through my problems.

The reps were polite, understanding ( mainly because I have a disability) and efficient. The first
Rep I spoke with (Dan Roberts) was great. He persisted in clearing things up for us and the

I called in because I was not able to access my printer from my laptop anymore. That issue has been solved as well as a ton of programs were removed that were running in the background...all seems great right now and both young men that worked with me did great jobs...Thank you soooooooo much! :)

I am extremely distrustful of techs telling me that they need to "take over" my PC to correct the problems because I was burned once by an unscrupulous con artist by doing that. However, Charlie convinced me that he was a bonafide representative of ESET and provided me with his name and phone number. I still would prefer not to "turn over" my PC to anyone, but in this case, it appeared to be beneficial so far. Thank you, Charlie! Dan
