Microsoft confuses me by linking passwords for all microsoft accounts. Since I do not know which accounts are microsoft accounts and which accounts are other accounts, changing a password for one account changes the password for other accounts and I do not know it. US Global tech helped me sort that out.

Was having screens coming up that stated, "Your computer had been hacked, everything is blocked- do not turn off your computer",etc. This has happened more than once. Very annoying. Seems to have been taken care of very nicely by Rodel. Appreciate it. Thank you.
