I am very non-techy and had totally forgotten that I haven't renewed my anti-virus protection for some time. Also, I was notified by my bank that they had been hacked and my financial information might be in jeopardy. In addition, my computer was experiencing lots of pop-ups, referring me to different websites etc so it was very irritating to use my computer. Tonight I got a message from McAfee that it was time to renew my subscription. I was very grateful to get that reminder as at that moment I was unable to access my banking site. Joe Wilson helped me to purchase the protection I need for 12 months plus repair my computer and clean up all the viruses and hacking attempts. I deeply appreciate their help. I have made myself a reminder to check again in 4 months instead of waiting so long to clean up my computer.
The technicians were highly professional.

I thought I was speaking with a representative from Norton Security and was guided to USGlobalTech. Laurence was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jan is the person who actually did the cleaning up of my computer. He, too, was a very good representative of the company. I would feel comfortable working with either of these people again and would recommend your service. I am confused about the Norton/USGlobal relationship, however.

Lawrence was very patience and courteous with me and my limited knowledge as well as focused on finding an answer to the printing problem I called about. Through asking me several questions he was able to determine that my computer had a virus or something running in the background and would need cleaning. I was very happy with his professionalism and determination to help me. An Ad Blocker was also added so the viewing on my computer is much more pleasant now. And it fixed the print problem!. Thank you. I am very satisfied.

I had originally called in relation to hp ink and when I talked to person on phone was directed to US Global.
The service was excellent and while I had a very important meeting to attend Eileen and Jan cleaned up my computer for browser hijackers. Upon return, Jan give me extremely important information and directions on how to recognize and avoid browser hijackers. I took notes and was given hands on instruction on how to use ABP. Thank you.
