Very good people and service
It was a little confusing because I am not tech savvy, and perhaps because I have an old computer. I heard from different people and it started around 5 in the morning and finished around 11 at night. But it was done.

Favi (hopefully I spelled her name right) was wonderful she guided us through everything we need to do to clean up our computer. It had so many things wrong and she walked us through step by step in what to do.
She worked throughout the night to clean all the viruses and malware. We really appreciate all the her patience she had with us. We are elderly and she was very kind and showed us what to do. We are grateful that she help us. She called us to make sure we were not having any more trouble.
She is a great employee!

I have been using US Global Tech for several years now and they are always there and seem to be able to handle 99.9% of all problems. The only things they can't do is fix a hardware problem.
They are reliable, friendly and patient.

Tech had difficulty finding my account info. I gave my name and address with no luck. Finally, I have to look up old e-mails to find my order number with US Global Tech. Once I provided the order number, they found my account and worked on my issue. They did a great job.
