It took a long time, but problem solved

They addressed the issues I was having efficiently

System had slowed considerably but suddenly I could no longer access my AOL email though the rest of AOL functions seemed to work OK. Called tech help line and they cleaned up the system of various embedded virus problems, restored AOL to full function and in general did a no hassle thorough, professional job. Computer runs like new again. Well worth the effort.

Your technician, Laurence, was incredibly helpful. He was patient and very pleasant, especially dealing with me, a person without a lot of computer savvy. My overloaded computer kept him very busy for many hours. I am very happy to have my email running again; I use it a lot. I am sure the entire computer is much happier now. Thanks again for your help.

Gladice is so helpful on cleaning up my PC which was a mess. My speed increased and got rid of all the viruses, spyware and adware.
