My representative was very very helpful and hopefully after this survey and I try to use my computer it will be faster as well as I was having problems printing some word documents and I had forget there was a drop down box I needed to use and we cleared that up as well so everything should be great now.
It doesn't look like a professional service. Especially I didn't like their unfriendly customer support centre.
I received help promptly and with courtesy, yet very quickly. I was contacted in follow-up later in the evening as promised. And my questions were answered completely each time I had a question. This was an excellent experience.
I am very satisfied the way the technician approached the issue cleaning up my computer. I was aware of that the computer had problems and also afraid of viruses etc, after the session was finished I enjoyed working on my computer.

MY Epson WF3720 was printing great until 3 weeks ago.
CONTACTED USGlobal Tech for help. Took a while but at the end the issue was totally fixed. I can now print from my Iphone and my Itablet.
I have never had a contract for computer support before. I cannot deal with technical issues. I signed the contract for a year recently and I am so so happy I did. I cannot believe I didn't have this help all these years before.
I will be renewing at the end of my year.

I began my experience buy purchasing a new computer that has scanning but needed tech help to access. The tech who responded was from US Global Tech and realized immediately that my computer had not been cleaned for a very long time, like years. In order to install the HP printer scanning capability it needed an overhaul job. I trusted the tech with this process and paid for my computer and my spouse's computers to receive the overhaul. My computer took about 4 hours and I watched some of the process. It was very interesting but all way beyond my skills. Soon we will call for my spouse's computer cleaning and overhaul which I am sure will be a similar time period. I am very pleased with what I have observed of the process and feel confident that my computer was saved today. Thank you and I give A+ to the techs and their patience.
I had a great deal of issues with my printer and laptop. Your tech support was extremely helpful in correcting my problems and cleaning up my computer. My wireless printer was not working, and you found the problem and fixed it.
