Very good service, good job

It took several tries to solve my wireless printer problem but it was successful in the end.

I appreciate the patience and the expertise of the technician assigned to my case.

I hope everything works from here on in and I won't have to call again - but I have the rest of the year of my service agreement if anything should go wrong again.

COMPUTER ACTING LIKE NEW VERY SATIFIED

I found my exchanges with Princess to be most professional and clearly stated.

I was distressed when the phonecall dropped unexpectedly.
I did'nt realize we could message each other. My bad i guess. The first and second techs were both very helpful.

It took a long time but the tech people were pleasant and persistent in resolving my multiple issues.

My issues were solved. Thanks for thr help

I gave them five stars because the problem was solve with my printer.

Representative worked solidly to resolve issues. He was very helpful to supply information to satisfy my curiosity.

Fernando was very patient with me and fixed all the problems that my computer had. I enjoyed working with him.

Kevin was extremly patient and helpful - figured my problem out and I am very very grateful!

It 2 days to get the tech. Help...i used the help 2 years ago so I.logged onto usglobaltech...bought the service.help...and no tech available.So I had to wait til the next day and 2 e-mails later I was asked to call to get the help...then i was connected to the tech and got things fixed...Where was the 24/7 help?...

Diligent technicians to solve problems in a simplified manner.
