I got a notice concerning my account maybe hacked was transferred to Eric to check my system, he assured me that some one was trying to hack my account. Therefore, he took the time to offer me a service that would protect my computer from being hacked in the near future. I am happy that I took Eric's advice and purchase monthly premium service to fix my problems concerning my security.

I purchased an eset, software for my 10+ years old compurter and had an issue downloading. I reached out to US Global Tec. Where I got in touch with Mitch Robinson. She helped with installing the eset, but my computer need to be clean up. Mitch turned me to Tech "Geeksolder 27 who stayed with me all nigh thru the morning hour to get my computer up and running.
Three days later I had to reached out to US Global Tec again to fix a little glitch in the system; another Tech took the called who name I do not have at this time. And he fixed the problem and my computer is now up and running the way it are to run. I must say all the staffs were very professional and polite!
Ms. Mitch Robinson did a follow up twist: (1) the day of my first service and (2) the day after my second service. I am a satisfied customer and will always refer you when needed.

I was recommended by by a good friend so I called and asked for Justin who did a great job on cleaning up my computer the first time and the came back to do a finale clean p. Both time he was very professional and polite and explained every ting. He was good a call backs to make sure everything was running well. I will keep this number and will call again if I ever need help again. Justin did a great job
Justin was very patient and helpful in solving my problems, both with the installation of Webroot
Purchased from Best Buy and with the viruses I "collected" having tried to install it on my own prior to working with Justin. I am frustrated, not with Justin, but with the fact that in the "old days" a customer got a disk, plugged it into the computer and loaded the software myself. This turned into a horrendous operation consuming hours of my time and additional expense in excess of the original cost of the program itself.
{I paid $ 49.95 for 2 years of Webroot...$ 69.96...JUST TO INSTALL THE DARN THING!}.
Once again...Justin was great to work wirh. It was the overall difficulty installing the software that, in my estimation, should NEVER have been the problem it was!
I found Justin very knowledgeable and helpful and I fully intend to use him in the future every three months to clean my computer. Thanks, Lin
