I was very happy with the knowledge that the techs had and the time they took with me to explain what they were doing and how it would effect my laptop. I called to have printer drivers installed but feel like I have a completely new computer and printer. There was also no waiting for a service tech when I called. Very good experience and I will not hesitate to call should I have any other questions or problems...definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks!

I was actually directed to US GLOBAL TECH by MS. Greene from Norton.
The tech at US GLOBAL TECH connected to my computer and went to work right away.
When they were done, sooner than I thought, my computer was nice and speedy, but later
On, Norton 360 was again prompting for a reboot. That was the nature of my call to Norton.

Ms. Greene, contacted me like she said she would on Sunday. The guys got to work again. They assured
Me the problem was solved. I believe them, but I'll know for sure in a few hours. I'm pleased with the effort.

I had been infected with a virus, I called Help at *******035 and spoke with a Melanie who was extremely patient with me, and very helpful. We went thru many steps and finally got to a point where she advised me it could take up to 2 or 3 hours for the Tech to clean all of my programs. After that, I was notified by Chat and we completed the process and they stayed on line and phone with me until we checked out all of the programs and Icons. It was tedious but very eventful and productive. I could noit have asked for a better support group. Thank you.

We had a lot of I think virus or some that would do a lot of damage to our computer. Mike the tech that helped us went through it and cleaned it out. Was very positive that if we had any other issues to call and he would help us with it. Being Senior citizens he made us feel very comfortable.
