Michael was an awesome Tech who was helpful, patient and explained how he was going to fix the problems on my computer (an estimate on how long it would take), and once he cleaned it up and took care of all the issues and malware, it would run allot faster and there would no longer be anymore screen pop-ups on my computer. (That alone was definitely worth it). If I didn't understand how something worked, he took his time to explain it in detail, so that I could understand, which I really appreciated. My (computer) is not only faster, but most importantly (no POP-UPS/MALWARE). I will highly recommend (US GLOBAL TECH), to everyone I know, that have any type of (computer/laptop) issues. Got the best services to help me with my problems. I am really grateful to Meline(Maline) S.Green who guided me as to what has to be done and clear my PC for all the viruses that had entered my PC. Melanie Greene was very courteous, patient and helpful as was Cherrie, the technician. They worked on the problem until it was resolved even though it took several hours. I commend both of them for a job well done.
Charlie and company at US Global were excellent. I was in a quandary regarding my Kaspersky software and they made it easy! While the cost of coverage for a year may seem a lot to some, the frustration and time I avoided made it worthwhile.

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE DOWN LOADING NORTON TO MY DESK TOP AND LAP TOP, CAME ACROSS SOME HACKERS TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME THAT I HAD COME ACROSS BEFORE SO I KNEW WHAT TO DO. SO AFTER CALLING NORTON THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX MY DESK TOP. IT TOOK ALL DAY BUT IT'S DONE I WILL TRY IT OUT TOMORROW. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
