This was my first effort to resolve some new, and some old issues with Windows 7 and Norton.
Michael was the first tech I talked with, and he quickly assessed the problems, and was upfront about the cast. Seemed reasonable, and some four hours later, with no effort on my part, my old laptop is clean, updated, cleansed, and I am a happy guy.
I would certainly recommend US Global Tech for their efficient, smooth resolution of problems.
By the way, Mary was the tech who spent the most time on my machine, and seemed to have a smile through it all.

Overall experience was great.Eileen was very patient and easy to understand. We did get disconnected several times via her phone connection this morning, but I was able to call back directly so that just took a little longer.Appreciated having that direct line.

I worked with Melanie and Dan today. They were both very helpful. I had renewed my Norton subscription last week, however, I didn't realize the email address was still in my father's name. He passed away and I no longer have access to his email, so I was unable to retrieve the confirmation email to start the new subscription. They were able to help me transfer the account to my name and my email and clean up my computer and install the new subscription. They were both very helpful and very patient.
