It took forever because of my need to download the latest Apple version, however, everyone was EXTREMELY pleasant. Thank you to all the techs that assisted me.
I was helped by two technicians. They were both very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They both spent a great deal of time with me and as of now they seem to have solved my all my problems that I mentioned. The trigger for my request was the use of wifi on my printer, but they went far beyond that, clearing up malware and getting my newly acquired wifi system to work on my and my wife's various devices.
They were able to remove malware.
