This all started when I was trying to reinstall Webroot Personal Security software for my second year. I was having difficulty so I request online help at which time I was rerouted to US Global Tech. I was very skeptical at first but it was obvious that I had a malware problem! The contact person named "Princess" (a security-necessary name) who did really take the time to both explain to me about the Mac Malware problem vis-a-vis
Viruses, and then with my permission, demonstrated to me live, on my computer, what was happening and what I was likely experiencing with this malware infection and she was very accurate. I was then transferred to a "tech" person who actually called me at that time and throughout the process culminating with a final text message that my computer was back in shape and my Webroot Personal Security software was once again, installed and functioning. I was able to ask any number of questions and they also provided some reading material for me to understand how I can avoid future such problems. For the very modest fee I feel that there was great value in our "trade"...I would recommend US Global Tech for help with your home-based computer security. I would likely recommend them for business security however I am not aware if they offer such services.

Norton referred me to US Global Tech when I got an error message from Norton, and US Global Tech cleaned my computer of unwanted stuff so that it is now running much faster. Gerald also answered my questions about what I need to do in the future and about why I had this issue.

Excellent service! Gerald quickly made necessary fixes. We are in storm mode in CA, he understood the urgency to complete the fixes as I am a power company supervisor for outages & dispatching. I hadn't used your service before, however in the future I will continue to reach out with any computer issues. Thank you.
