My primary computer bit the dust and I reactivated an older computer. I needed help getting it back online. It had several issues and needed Kaspersky installed on it. This was accomplished successfully with US Global's help.

As long as privacy practices are adhered my experience was great.

I had problems printing pictures of my pet, that I had to ask the vet to put to sleep, because my dog was 14 and slowing dying.
That why the help I need was kind of urgent and requiring attention.
The tech who helped me was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I Called in because i am having issues with my printer, it's saying it cannot connect to the server. The printer is now working and i was able to print from my email. Thanks for the help again
