When I called the tech person listen to my problem. He was able to fix it temporary but since my computer needed more work. I was getting everything in German and not English it was very confusing to me. When i was on the phone they told me what they had to do and would get back to me in a couple of hours. The call came in as promise and it now my seems to be working just fine. They were helpful and polite throughout the whole process. I just want to say thank you for the excellent job that was done for me and my computer
