I contacted US Global Tech to help me get rid on Geek Buddy and get my computer back to operating correctly. They also help me reinstall my McAfee protection. My computer was full of virus infections that Geek Buddy was supposed to correct and remove. That did not happen. Thanks to US Global Tech I can now use my computer without millions of pop ups and distractions. Thank you so much for your help! Karen

The US Global Tech technicians cleaned up malware that was on 2 of my computers. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I tried to fix the computers myself through youtube videos and the Apple website but had no luck. I finally got in touch with US Global Tech. They did everything. In fact, on one of the computers we could not remember the Apple password and the technician happily walked me through the process on the apple website to reset it. Both computers are working like new now. I could not be happier!

Great customer service...

Great customer service...I should have called earlier...I.bought other systems that did not work so I went back to the Norton help etc and received the help I needed...Melanie #2019 was my helper with help from Sheryl...I guess that's what customer service is for...I will be calling sooner rather than later next time.(I hope that there will not be a next time...)

The company and its employees assisting me was super. They even helped find a charge that I could afford for their expertise help. Both techs that I dealt with was very polite and understanding and able to explain everything in the language and instructions needed for an elderly person.

I called Vipre because I opened a fake Fed Ex email and the malware encrypted ALL of my FILES! I could not use my computer. Calling Vipre was really calling US Global Tech. I purchased the Premium program because it was going to take a lot of work to fix my computer.
The technicians, beginning with Charley and continuing with Mary Ann worked on my computer from about 9:00 AM Monday all the way through after 11:00 AM TUESDAY! They worked all night. Every now and then they would contact me by phone or chat to let me know they were still working, but I could see the work going on myself. I was so relieved that they were not going to stop until they cleaned out my computer. Thank you for your hard, dedicated work. I am so glad I bought the premium package! It has already been worth the money. May God bless each of you. Thank you so very much.
