I ordered 2 jogger pants from puma and had both returned to puma due to the delay in shipping. The items arrived 10 days after placing when I was promised 2 days expedited shipping. It's almost 2 months since I returned both joggers to PUMA but have received a refund for only jogger pant. I have contacted PUMA on several occasions for my refund but to no avail. PUMA is ripping me off and I believe I might not be the only person. People out there be aware of online PUMA stores, they are "THIEVES".
Twice Puma sent me unsolicited coupons and twice I went shopping, made a selection, and then could not check out using the coupons. The first one was for 20% off and the second one was for 30% off - both times the item that I selected was at full price. Each time I was prevented from checking out using the coupon. After the second time, I decided to send a factual email detailing my exact experiences to their Customer Service. 6 days later I received the most infantile attempt at service (sic) that I have ever received - they stated that they were sorry that, "they were unable to meet (my) expectations with discounts" and that they would "refer it to the right department". Making offers and not honoring them is called, "Bait and Switch" and offering discounts and then not fulfilling them is, legally, failing to deliver. And then they will wonder why loyal customers go elsewhere and never return and bleat about how fickle the market is. I will not be wasting my time on their products ever again. What is amusing is seeing how much money they are still spending every day to push their products on my various e-feeds. It's a pity that all the efforts of so many people are undone by the few who abrogate their responsibilities.
4 month ago i had purchased Puma shoes From Puma Outlet now insole is damaged, this is the first time i am facing such kind of issue hence This is the first time i am using PUMA product I think Adidas is better then Puma
I ordered from Puma, well attempted to order and I'm guessing I mistakenly entered my security code incorrectly. Instead of the website notifying me and telling me to re-enter my information, they automatically put a hold on my card. I furiously called the company and I was given the run around. They told me to call my bank and when I called my bank, my bank told me to call them. I had no product but somehow my money was missing. I then tried to order the shoe again because it was Black Friday, I wanted a sale, and my security code wS entered correctly, but the system told me the same thing again. At this time I was furious because there were now two holds on my card and no conformation/order. I spoke with a supervisor and called my bank on three way and allegedly things were straightened out. It is now Wednesday and early this morning, things are still not straightened out. I am given the run around once again and I was put on hold by Puma for 2 hours and I still was not able to order my shoes! I had to go through hoops with my bank and Puma, just to get what I ordered. 8 am so angry and I plan to never order from Puma EVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service and the website is obviously terrible and needs to undergo maintenance.
PUMA is the worst company to do the online shopping. Specially if you in north America forgot the PUMA they will rip you off. Let say if you purchased shoes for 150USD, you will be charged another 75USD for duty and taxes, their shipping turtle fast and you have to pay if you want to return or exchange you will never ever get the refund.
My best choice to do the online shopping Nike, Adidas, New Balance supper fast delivery they wont charge you for the duty and they will send you prepaid returns label as soon as return the package for some other reason you will get the refund back. Also I did online shopping form Under armor & Skechers super fast delivery and comes with prepaid returns label,

I ordered two pairs of sneakers on labour day weekend- I was super excited because they were on sale and I got an additional 40% off. Shortly after I received an e-mail saying my package had shipped however after about three weeks I checked the tracking number and it wouldn't work- when I clicked on it it just took me to the DHL homepage. So I emailed them asking what was going on - their reply was that sometimes it can take up to 30 days for the tracking information to be updated. A couple of weeks went by and I decided to give them a call - the girl on the phone told me that there never was a tracking number attached to my package and that the warehouse probably lost it, she said the company would issue me a refund and investigate what happened to my package. Following three weeks after my initial phone call with them I called back because the money was still not returned to my credit card the woman on the phone told me they were busy and had just started looking into similar cases... Needless to say I won't be ordering from their website ever again. I've shopped online for years and this has never happened to me. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but when they do companies should act quickly to fix the problem.
Appalled with puma customer service to the point that I think they might be running a scam. I ordered shoes on a sale. They didn't fit. In fact I had to go up one whole size from my normal size which ive never done. Because they dont offer exchanges and have limits on what they can do discount wise they offered me a convoluted option in order to price match. Basically they told me I would pay a higher price but that then they would give me a refund for the difference. They gave me a number to check on the status of the credit request. My refund did not arrive. I complained and the chat people didnt even know what that number was. Email reps told me my refund request was denied! So basically they kind of bait and switched me (hoping I wouldnt check my cc?). I've now spent over an hour on the phone dealing with them plus multiple emails and chats in which reps disconnect in the middle of the chat and I have to start all over again. The phone reps are always super nice but this company is a mess of inconsistency, bad policies, and borderline fraud.
Puma is the worst ever companies to buy from and their shipping also suck. Customer service agent ar worst and liars and I bet their Ceo is also sleeping. Learn from Nike they are the best

Puma is one of my favorite brand of shoes, owning many pairs and buy more as my finances allow me too when my mother keeps telling me (you only have 2 feet) LOL I have to say Puma is very nice and comfortable for me to use as a daily walkable shoes, I do own many pairs (not as many as I really want) but I have to give Puma a great 5 stars for the quality, and comfort and most important the different types, and styles.
Ordered shoes on the 18th and was told it's a 3 week delivery after I waited 5 days and called and asked why they haven't shipped. It's still in Los Angeles as I type this. It's now the 25th
I ordered two items both to the same address one went to the correct address one went to the wrong address and I was told they couldn't do anything about it… Just horrible
I was trying to purchase a pair of shoes from " in.puma.com " and successfully placed the order for two times but the BIGGEST SPORTS BRAND "PUMA" canceled my order saying
"Hi Yatin, Sorry to inform you that, we have cancelled your order as we are not able to service it."
I also complained on the page "PUMA Group" but did not get any satisfactory response. One of there representative also called me and said that the product is OUT OF STOCK but the product is in stock at the website till now.

Horrible. Over 14 days still no order arrived. No customer service. Only chat bots that are no help. Not worth it go to adidas.
