I have tried to change address for my order and was told it can be done but turn out it wasn't a change but a request if I was told that I would of had canceled and reorder. It to late and now it going wrong address and if the current resident keep the shoe I will not receive a refund or a new order I have tried to contact FedEx to see if it can be put on hold on at one location and was told only puma can request cause of how puma put in the shipping order now I will not get shoe on top of my money spent buy shoe go to waste this I worst experience every never have once dealt with headache like this before. If we can change address please let people know so they can at least cancel their order. This will be last time I ever buy anything from puma
Bought a hoodie - the zipper would not work,. So, I tried to return it being well within the required timeframe - The sent a QR code - didn't work at any of the three locations in my area... so they sent another - that did not work either...So then they said they would send fedex a return label and to let them know what time would work...which I did but I received no confirmation response to that...So I sent another e mail, and the response was:.We will be happy to issue a call tag. A FedEx driver will bring a preprinted return label and pick up the package. Please note that the return should be properly packaged before the pickup. Please provide the information: The reason for the return The pickup address If the pickup address is business or residential The pickup date The earliest and latest time for pickup - To which I responded immediately BUT no acknowledgement, so I sent an e mail asking if I should expect Fedex today - only response was: it takes 7–10 business days to receive the requested printed label.Your refund will process within 10 business days after delivery to our facility. Once the refund is fully processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. SO what happened to them sending a label to Fedex? So (if ever) about a month to get my money back? I think they are delaying it so that I will be beyond the return timeframe!

I'm very displeased by the service that I'm receiving from Puma. On 05/20/2021 I put in an order for a shirt and tennis shoes. I waited until 06/02/2021 to call in about y order and was told by a representative that y order was delayed because of some issues at the warehouse but I would receive order. Then you guys days later send e this message stating that the Haribo tennis shoes for my order are now unavailable and canceled from y order but I still have not received my shirt that was on the same order. What is going on, If I not going to receive the shirt either where is y money? It has been 19days and still no products or change in order status.

Purchased these shoes for my husband for his birthday he wore them 4 times to the gym. Literally 4 times! They fell apart to the point that his feet were covered in blisters after the 4th wear. If he hadn't had other shoes with him he would have needed medical attention. I contacted puma about this and all they had to say was the insoles are designed to be replaced. Intold them the issue wasn't with the insoles but the shoes themselves numerous times they have done nothing. They don't care that they make a product that hurts people. Don't buy puma! The shoes fall apart after 4 wears. Totally waste of money. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
My package was prepared for shipment one day after my order was made, then a label was generated through fedex, then that tracking number sat idle for 6 days while my package covered in dust presumably in their loading dock. Only when I reached out to Puma through multiple emails and phone calls did they finally admit that it was there, then of course they took it back right away but then admitted again in another email, and then the package the following morning was finally picked up by FedEx. I said this was unacceptable and that I had to reach out and resolve the issue with my package as they originally tried to tell me that I was basically just being dramatic and that my package would arrive, I had to send them screenshots showing that the tracking number had no movement since the label was created at the facility where the order was fulfilled. They still will do nothing to compensate me as a customer for this b******* and therefore I will never ever buy from Puma online again. I will find it rather difficult to even buy from their stores to be honest. They value us exactly zero, and after multiple very professional and courteous emails having to resolve the package issue I can assure you of this. They never know what each other is doing and they do not follow the chain of emails or look at notes from a previous phone call. They are literally just playing you along during the call they do not care.
I love their gear, but their service and delivery is horrible. They use FedEx and they are the worst. There used to be one choice, free delivery. It was by FedEx [although not mentioned on site]. Now they have tiered delivery. PROBLEM, You pay good money and your item is still CONTINUOUSLY DELAYED. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT, IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
I would give these socks negative stars if possible. I bought these and the ripped on the first wear in the big toe! Every single pair ripped! I spoke with PUMA directly and a nice man named Alexander said they were unable to help me without a receipt, understandable but so lame because socks should be made better than one use. DO NOT BUY THESE - TERRIBLE QUALITY.

One of the "Intelligent" Rep suggested me to drop a mail so that he follow up and yes he did follow up on nothing. My mails were unanswered!
PUMA might be faster(thanks to Bolt) but the delivery doesnt even complete.
I did suggest them that, "you can use Bolt for the transfer of the orders maybe then it wont take 2 months!".
They are taking my suggestion now and following up with there LOGISTICS Team.

Bought a pair of Melo, MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes a few months ago for my son. He just started wearing them the past month for his Basketball team. He only wears them indoors. The insoles are already tearing and a hole has formed in both pairs. The insoles are glued in so the can't be replace. He has been getting blisters from the holes being formed. These shoes have been worn less than 20 times. Sent multiple emails to customer service. Took 15 days to get a response that said, (Unfortunately, we can only accommodate for products that are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. We do not provide replacements or refunds for items that have experienced normal wear and tear that comes with frequent use or time. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration: How often the item is worn, how much pressure is applied to the front, side and or heel of the MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes, as well as environmental factors that may affect the quality) I spent $135 on these shoes for my son and this seem ridiculous that at the least they send some new insoles. This is our first purchase with PUMA and will be our last. I will never order from your company again. Going back to NIKE for all our shoe purchases. I guess this is why PUMA can't compete with Nike. I have learned my lesson with my hard earned money wasted on your product.

Do not waste your money on them please. Newbalance or Sketchers are way more comfortable and give you value for your money, not like Puma, they should be reported to BBB.

I bought 2 pairs of Pumas off EBay, shortly after I ordered I noticed the shipping address was wrong so I contacted Puma and asked that the address be changed or the order be canceled so that I could change it, I was told that they could neither, Even though I just placed the order and it hadn't shipped they would not change the address or cancel the order, So my shoes are going to South Carolina while I'm in New York and I'm just out that money. I called corporate and was told the same thing. I expected more from Puma. They were unwilling to accommodate me in any way, I guess customer service and satisfaction is not a priority for them. How hard is it to change a shipping address? They'd rather let their customers lose their money than take time to change an address, Very bad business, I will not order Puma again which is a shame because I live the style of their products but their bad business ethics out weigh that,

They can phone to me and the same cut before I pickup their phone in single ring.
I did not collect my repaired flotter from puma due to poor standard of repairing.
