I have used UPrinting a few times over the years and they are consistent with their level of service. The ability to approve proofs and their attention to pointing out potential quality issues is invaluable.

UPrinting has consistently delivered quality printed brochures with quick turnaround. Anytime that we've had to make last minute changes or edits, they have been very receptive to design modifications and still been able to ship ontime. I will continue to use UPrinting for all of our needs.
Online template is easy to use and if there are issues, they contacted me directly to resolve it quickly. Overall great price with a low minimums compared to other places. Been using Uprinting for the last 4 different projects now and more is coming! Highly recommend it!
I could not recommend UPrinting highly enough for businesses who are looking to create custom stickers! The stickers came out exactly as I wanted them to. The print was flawless and the turnaround & delivery time were speedy. They even offer free proofing so you can approve the final design before they produce it! My shop *******@brokebaddieresale on depop and they did my logo justice!
These guys always get it right, and answer any/all questions in a satisfying, timely way. If you communicate properly with them, they will work with you to make your ideal print happen. I've used them several times now and have been very happy with all results.
Product came earlier than expected. Print looked fairly decent. Magnets were not strong at all. When sitting stationery the magnets would slide down the vehicle, and they promptly fell off of vehicle during light driving speeds. They were only on the vehicle for three days before they fell off. Was unable to recover them when they fell off, and now I'm out my magnets and my money. Would not recommend getting magnet decals for your vehicle from UPrinting.
Had UPrinting make me a 18"x18" from an image that I created. The product I received was exactly as expected, high quality and very promptly produced and delivered. It was exceedingly well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
I am happy with the order rec'd. I'd say you pay for the quality you get though. The top layer of the magnet is somewhat low quality because if you see the edges of the magnet on the right (from my posted picture), there is no damage, but the one on the left shows damage on the edges from my nails when trying to get a hold of the magnet.
Regardless, I do not regret the purchase and when in need of other magnets, I will recommend using this same printer.

Easy ordering. I'm unsure about other's reviews of high S&H costs. My product was 500 magnets 4"x3" size and 6 day shipping is $17.27.
With other options out there, I found all things considered reasonable.
When I get my order I will post another rating.
Updating review: Amber from UPrint contacted me and offered a credit toward the order I wanted to begin with. She was courteous and responsive. I am relieved that what I wanted was a reasonable price. She was able to show me the selection that I apparently made but this selection is not viewable on my order. Be very careful when you place an order to be sure that it is what you think it is! I would recommend calling a representative to be sure that you get what you want vs ordering online without this additional guidance. I do appreciate the response that the company provided.

I ordered notecards from this company. The cards arrived and are beautiful but they are not folded. The representative insisted that I should have known based on the specs that the notecards were flat. There was nothing in the specs that indicated that the notecards were flat and not folded. My understanding of a notecard is that it is folded and a postcard is "flat". The specs did not say "flat" and they did not say "not folded." The representative continued to insist that I should have known based on the specs that the notecard was actually a postcard.
I spent way too long on the phone discussing this with the representative who eventually offered me a 20% discount and the advice to call them before placing my order next time. I will not be placing another order with this company and I have paid for something I do not want.

I ordered two 24x36 posters for my office and once again UPrinting nailed it. Not only did the customer service team help me ensure that the posters could be proofed, but they also helped answer all my questions, then the team behind the scenes printing the posters corrected a minor omission on my part, they didn't make me start all over, they fixed it, and I couldn't be happier with the final results, the posters are beautiful.
I use UPrinting for all my customized boxes. The user interface on their website is fantastic and all the jobs have arrived quickly and error free.
I ordered notepads for my work and we could design them exactly how we wanted them! We love the look and they feel like quality printing.
I ordered custom grocery list notepads and the process was very smooth. I appreciate the attention to detail proofing my design and I could not be happier with how the notepads turned out! I thought the prices were reasonable and the whole process was fast. I will be ordering again soon!
Website was clunky but passable. Over half of the product specs I selected/set where completely different when I received the order confirmation. It took an additional 20-minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. I had to walk the customer service rep through the mistakes, and he struggled with concepts like "landscape" or "portrait" orientation, didn't understand margins, and failed to to recognize how changing the orientation affected other selections.

I designed my own wedding save the dates and all 100 cards came with a prominent printer line that obviously wasn't in my design file. All prints are ruined and you can see other printer marks on them. They were cut harshly too and the edges of the cards are all frayed. I've been trying for about two weeks to contact UPrinting to get this resolved and I kept being told someone will reach out to me in 24 hours - no one ever did. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and someone then called saying they need to "look into what happened" and then figure out how to resolve the issue. I just want a refund at this point. I've tried reaching out to return it but no one has responded.
I ordered note pads, with my name and phone# and email with a little picture of a Dog on a motorcycle, that I use at work. It's great, unique and my customers remember me just by using this note. It makes them laugh and because of it, I have been getting more customers. More than I did with just using my company provided business card. The turn around and shipping was super quick. I plan on using Uprinting for other personal business and events in the future.
These people are terrible, don't use them. They messed up our shipping order and then made multiple ridiculous requests to reconcile the issue... which has still not been reconciled! Their customer service is bare none the worst in the industry. I would recommend continuing your Google search for a decent printer before giving them your money.
