What a joke of a company! There was no mention that the I-Pad was refurbished in the email advertisement. Not one word of warning that the product was out of production for 4 years and that it had been sold and returned by someone else. When I finally got through to customer service they said that there was a small print disclaimer on the final page of the checkout process just where no one would notice it. This company is a total scam!
Sub par quality, no customer service. What a joke! I have reached out no less than 4 times with a issue and have yet to get a response. They should be ashamed of themselves!
After placing an order. I even called to confirm the order went through. I was promised it did. I never received. I had a confirmation #; called 5 times and promised a call back. Never received. Finally after a week of calling finally spoke to someone and they said oh yeah order was cancelled for no known reason. We cant no longer get it for you. Bad news all the way around
I visit the site regularly and often get great deals. I have been a customer for years. Sometimes items take a while to get to you, especially if drop shipped from a 3rd party. That is not the fault of Yugster, however, they should state this clearly.
Yugster is my favorite deal of the day site. I've ben a customer for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. Lots of great buys and I've saved a ton of money here.

I have been a loyal customer for years but their customer fulfillment has gone stinks now. I ordered a 3 pack hdmi cables they sent the wrong item I returned the wrong item but never recieved the right one. Also their junk box is just that junk dont fall for the marketing hype. Just go to amazon far better customer service!
Yugster is a great site to do everyday shopping and great for buying gifts when on a budget. Youll find a little bit of everything and have a great time doing it.

I always check Yugster.com before anywhere else because their customer service has been stellar. To date, I've placed 87 orders with them for everything from gadgets to clothing to computer and phone equipment for myself and on behalf of my employer without a single reason for complaint. On the rare occasions in which something was amiss with what I received they were very prompt and friendly in arranging for refund or exchange; on inexpensive items they didn't even require returning the item for refund.
Indeed, with my experience being so consistently great, I must question whether some or all of these one-star reviews are utterly fake because I can find no other way to explain how I'd feel compelled to give Yugster five stars on every one of 87 transactions and then see some of the accusations in these other reviews, especially the one speaking of a "restocking fee." I've returned four items because they simply weren't what I was hoping, including a couple of cell phones, nothing wrong with them, and there was no restocking fee, in spite of disclosing that I was returning because I didn't research the items in question thoroughly enough before buying.
I've ordered a lot of stuff from Yugster and most of it's great. However when I needed to return a defective tablet, it was a mess. Numerous emails, letters, etc and finally 3 mos later I got my refund. Now I try to only purchase stuff that I would never return - even if it was defective.
Yugster offers items I didn't even know existed but can't seem to live without now. I look forward to their daily e-mails that share great products at a good value. Their communication, confirmations, and tracking have all been top notch.
The junk boxes are cool with various random merch. I usually sell some of the items I don't need for what I paid and sometimes even more! Sign up for the email list to know when the boxes go live as they sell out quickly.
I have not been disappointed by ANY purchase from YUGSTER... Keep it up y'all! Descriptions of the products have been spot on... nice website layout too.
