I had purchased "junk boxes" in the past that had some items that were decent.
The summer edition arrived a week ago and it was total disappointment.
Three items were Quirky brand for cable organization. A Quirky egg separator and a
Phone stand that only work for certain I Phones.
Never again.
You pay $25 for $10 worth of stuff that no one on earth needs. So close to a scam I can't believe it's legal.
Bought chrombook no where did it say refurbished but guess what it was
Would never have bought it if it was. Complained to them they showed me
A web sight that had in big letters refurbished, but that was not the sight
I made my purchase it did not have refurbished. They need a Class Action
Law Suite against them for this and the other scams they have pulled on

Their prices are very good you just want to read carefully the descriptions. Their customer service is superb.
Terrible first and LAST experience with them! The item looked NOTHING like the pics, therefore the fault lies with them. Because of that, they should be responsible for return shipping yet they refused. Just left the Post Office and it will cost me the same amount to send it back as I spent on the item so there was no point. Now I am stuck with junk. Unacceptable. Do NOT shop on this site! Shop at wish.com or nordstroms rack or some other discount site. NOT here though! Terrible customer service, cheap goods, misleading advertising, and returns are a hassle!
Always look forward to seeing the stuff offered by Yugster. Some interesting, some okay, some not so much. Usually quick shipping. Good customer service.
This company has no merchandise, they are marketing other companies merchandise and when you receive a product other than what was promised they string you alone g until you finally give up. I will never deal with them again.
Yugster collects items from Goodwill stores and puts up for sale. This is how so outdated their products are. Most items especially electronic device that you will find at Goodwill stores are on sale here as well at Yugster s. They are all so worthless.
I didn't know that I bought an iMac at Yugster that was built in 2006. IOS cannot be upgraded. Cannot add more RAM. Scratches on the monitor, type one thing on the keyboard, garbage shows up on the screen. You can't open more than two sites at one time.
Apple Rep told me this is so old item that people donate these items to Goodwill stores. The important lesson here is community needs to be together, so we all don't become victims of scams. STAY AWAY from Yugster.com.
The item I ordered looked a lot better in the picture than when it arrived. It was a piece of junk. I did nothing to it but take it out of the box, so see the quality. I requested a return within a couple of days.
Then I had to take pictures of it to get permission to return it. Then they were going to take 15% off what I paid them for restocking. They did not offer return shipping, so my cost to return it would have been more than the cost of the item. I guess it will be given away or trashed. DON'T BUY FROM YUGSTER.
I make it a point to check everyday. In over 2 years I have not had any issues. If you pay attention you can get great deals. I really like the Junk Boxes.
I prefer this site much more than groupon. Every day they offer new great items at great prices, and the more items you buy, you get higher membership status, which gives you more discounts. They always have unique, useful items, and often something so surprising you have to get it!
Oftentimes they will offer refurbished items of great quality at very low prices. Their offerings allow me to have things I could not afford at regular store or other internet pricing.
I always get something of value that I can use when buying from Yugster.
Their prices are very good you just want to read CAREFULLY the descriptions.
I've been a yugster customer for a long time. They great deals and great service. I buy a lot of different items. If there is a problem they take care of it right away.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They sell very low quality items with out any liability of returns. They won't pay for shipping and handling on faulty items and penalize the customer by reducing by 15% to RESTOCK the item. I purchased an item that was erroneously advertised and did not perform as it claimed it would. Yugster does not care as long as you pay for shipping and mailing and pay to have it restocked. I am livid! I will NEVER use this site again!
There website does not allow you to reset your password, they don't pick up the phone and never return your calls. This company is a SCAM. Don't buy anything from them.
They have anything you can think of at great prices. Customer service could not be better! Love this company!
I have been a customer for many years, I have gotten many items from them and am very happy with the items. Sometimes items awhile to arrive but the price and quality are good.
Yugster is an awesome company that has exceeded expectations with every order. Every time that I have contacted Customer Service I have been treated respectfully and any issue has been resolved... EVERY TIME! Yugster's prices are cheaper than any on the internet... you will love it!
