The order is great, I just wish you had guest checkout as an option. Please enter at least 100 characters.? This is just bad design. Why?
I had placed an order but then realized I forgot a few items. I called customer service and they were very accommodating.
I have always ordered my embroidery thread through United Thread. The quality is great & the price is much lower than my local retail sewing dealer. I did receive the correct amount I ordered (35 Madeira mini snap cones) however, there were 3 colors I did not receive, 2 colors where I ordered 1 but got 2 and 1 color that I got a different color. It's not a big deal as most that I purchased were duplicates. I will reorder the ones I'm missing on my next order. Thanks for sending them promptly.

I received my order, but was accidentally sent the wrong thread. Still waiting for the correct one so I can send the other back.
Service was good ordering easy the only issue is my spool of white thread is no good it breaks and shreads on every needle. Nothing else does so i assume just had a bad spool
My experience was great. Sales associate was excellent and well experienced.
I ordered some product on January 27,2023 it is now February 14,2023 still have not received my product. Causing delay in making product for my customers they did not get their valentines gifts made and I had to refund them their money back. I received a call stating they were out of white 3d puff ok cool fine no worries replace it with black. I emailed asking where my order was they said it was sent out and it's delayed because of whether I know the weather across isn't that bad very disappointing and frustrating not sure if I will return yet.

Enjoyed getting free shipping on my first order with this company. Shipping cost is a concern to me being a senior citizen. Getting free shipping made my order possible. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have made the purchase. The young lady I spoke with was very cooperative and friendly. Informed me of the free shipping. I hope the company considers making free shipping available on purchases over $50.00. More affordable to senior citizens that live on a fixed income.
