Prices were very competitive. Site was easy to use. When a free bonus item did not arrive with the order, I contacted them regarding the item. My email was answered the same day and the item was shipped immediately. I consider this to be outstanding customer service.

Have had very good luck with you and prices seem good compared to others. You appear to be a large carrier of Isacord thread but I have not been able to locate some colors patterns requested by their numbers.

Why did my cart say my order total was $17.30 but my papal charge was $24.xx?
My order arrived in a very timely manner but my white thread is dirty. It looks like finger prints. The other two colors are perfect.

Thanks. One little thing, If you run a promotion like you did on the isacord thread, and then it expires, please take it down as I missed it by two weeks and felt the pang of losing out. Otherwise, great experience. You had everything I needed.

Excellent service. Received email that one color was out of stock and to call. I did, they helped me, and my box was delivered two days later! Packed beautifully and each cone of thread was covered with plastic. Couldn't ask for more! Beautiful thread, great packing, excellent customer service!

I bought a mighty hoop. I liked the free shipping for first time order. Only thing is that it took some time to get shipped. When I called I was told that they were waiting for to come from where they get it. They were very nice on the phone. So only thing maybe let people know when an order is delayed. Otherwise happy with my hoop and will order again.

I cancelled my order in full after a call from your customer service department indicating the hoop I had ordered didn't fit my machine. At that point I cancelled the other item on my order (bobbins) since I had added them only to get my order total to a dollar amount that I would be charged no shipping. Instead the bobbins were shipped.

United Thread is a great source for embroidery thread.tl They have a great selection and discounted prices. They go out of their way to correct any problems with my order and have always been friendly and helpful.

I love your thread. I have ordered from you a couple times and was very satisfied. Very fast shipping. I love how embroidery library's patterns use your thread and if you go in order of the colors listed your design is perfect. I do wish you would give coupons occasionally.
