We own Glendale Water 'n Ice in Glendale, Arizona. We purchased a slightly used ice cream dipping cabinet from Turnkey Parlor (Freezerplanet). The customer service was amazing. They helped us with financing and went above and beyond to make sure we got the freezer in good condition and quickly. It arrived on time and was in excellent condition. I received excellent customer service. All my questions were answered about the product I needed, I ordered and it was shipped the next day. It was an easy transaction.

I spoke to Tish from Turnkey Parlor and she was amazing! She responds to you quickly, by email phone even text! My push cart was rejected when being delivered. I called Tish when I found out my push cart was rejected and she picked up right away. She fought for me and was able to get the delivery guys to turn back and re-deliver again even though they left 40+ minutes already. She understands that the push cart was very important for me to receive it on time. She absolutely provided an above and beyond customer experience to me!

We are opening up a Gelato shop and needed to order dipping cabinets. We sent an email to Turnkey Parlor and immediately was contacted by Tish. She was very helpful giving us all the info. On the different cabinets. She made the order process easy. When the cabinets arrived, one of them had the incorrect grid set up. She stepped in and called the manufacturer and followed thru to make sure we got the right set up. I will always call Turnkey Parlor when I need equipment and Tish is worth her weight in gold.
CSR followed up twice, once to go over the product purchased and second to update me on shipping which was way faster than stated online.
Staff was very helpful in answering questions and determining which product might suit my needs. I like the fact that the president of the company will personally email you and help when he is needed. Thanks Neil and Tish!

Machines arrived on time and loook great! We have sent them out 6 times already - so pleased witht he purchase.
They were very flexible with when they would ship the display case after I bought it. This is such a life-saver for a big build-out project like mine that had unexpected delays. They were always very helpful and thorough when I called on the phone, making sure I had everything I needed and shipping at my convenience.
Freezer arrived earlier than expected which was a relief as i was cramming to open after a remodel.
Terrific company - great service! I bought my first ice cream cart from them in 2009 and just bought another this summer. Highly recommended!
We are very satisfied with our experience of buying an ice cream freezer from Turnkeyparlor. The freezer was exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition on time. Happy to say our home made vegan ice cream sales have doubled now that the product is so attractively displayed, plus the digital thermostat makes it easy to keep the product at exactly the right temperature for scooping.
