I received a message board only to find that upon opening the box and viewing the product that it had be all scratched up. Just as if a 3 year old got a hold of it and went crazy scratching it up. I contacted the support team via email and within a week I had the issue resolved. I am so happy that I found tumble deal and I look forward to many more purchases. But if you have an issue, you must email them because all they have is a recording when you try to contact someone. So email is the best and only way to contact them.

I had purchased earrings and when I received them they were damaged. I emailed to get a return authorization and heard back after 3 days of waiting that my return was approved and now I had to wait until someone in another department sent me a return label for my refund. Well that was 4 weeks ago. I tried emailing them again after 2 weeks but just got a reply that my return label was in process. Not sure how long that process takes but after 4 weeks and I still have not received it I'm pretty sure it's not coming. I will never buy from Tumble deal again nor recommend them to my friends.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
