Most low vision accessible fashion site

Navigating the site and checking out are both quite easy using text to speech. Only a few buttons didn't have readable labels. It would be great if the site could encourage sellers to be more descriptive of the item for those who do not see pictures well, including making sure they list measurements and don't just show them.

Great first time experience

Two of my transactions were great, but...

One item was listed as "new with tags," but there is a large hole in a sleeve. I didn't notice it until I put it on after the four-day return period. The seller does not know how to issue me a refund. Tradesy says I missed the window to return the item.

Another item is lost in the mail.

I'm out almost $70. If I could afford to lose that money, I would be buying NEW clothes.

You receive more consumer protection through eBay. I'll never buy anything from Tradesy again.

My very first ever order were D&G light blue Croc pumps ordered and paid for, never received. I did however receive an apology from, Tradesy that the inventory was misinterpreted and the shoes no longer available. There has been a refund to my credit card. I thank them for the prompt credit. That being said, I'd better quit while I'm ahead.

As a buyer I was super happy with my purchase from Tradesy, they do offer a discount on your first order and their return policy is great. Would I buy again w/out that great first coupon? Not likely.

As a seller I'm not thrilled: fees are too high, ~24% of sale because they even charge you for a "safe transfer" of your funds to PP/bank AFTER they already verified your identity. They try to push you to keep and spend the money on their site by basically letting you keep more of it, which is kinda annoying. They also hold your payment for an excessively long 21 days, again for "safety". No thanks, eBay/Posh can 'safely' transfer my funds for free and instantly after the sale - and their overall selling fees are lower.

We're glad your experience as a buyer is great, but we apologize if your experience as a seller is not so much. We're so sorry to hear about the trouble regarding our commission rate! We believe that our competitive 19.8% commission fee allows more of the earnings from your Tradesy sale to end up in your pocket compared to most other resale options - both on and off the web. Do also know the 2.9% safe transfer fee is a charge from the processing company Stripe we use. This is a fee that is implemented on all transfers and unfortunately since it is another company no way to avoid it. Regardless, I will be sure to share your feedback with our product teams in hopes that they will revisit the sellers' commission structure.

Regarding the wait for these payouts, I agree that 21-days is a bit extensive. However, do note that this is the maximum timeframe! Most times (if there are no return requests from the buyer), seller earnings are released within 7-14 days from the delivery date!

Return policy

I have made several purchased over the last three years without a problem until this month, May, when I received an awful purse. I tried to return it but because the tracking receipt was lost by the postal service I was stuck with the merchandise. Tradesy would not make any attempt to help. Buyer beware!

Beware! I purchased a pair of Oran sandals Vestiaire claims are authentic when I know they are not. They not only send me fake sandals, they would refuse to give me a refund. I used to buy items form Tradesy before and was always happy. Terrible customer service!

The site has a tremendous amount of items, but despite your filter settings, some items that do NOT fit the description get through. Also, you cannot filter by gender. Be that as it may, there is no shortage of bags to look at. The prices range wildly, but so do the conditions of the bags. Buyer beware, though, my Seller used very "cleaned up" pictures, and a description that made the item seem better than it was in reality. Thankfully, Tradesy has an easy return system. I am a person of integrity, but not all Buyers are like that, so I can totally see this system of return being used, and hurting a Seller, though; just thought I should mention that.

I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.

They just came out with a new policy, and now are accepting returns but returning the item back to the seller. While only giving the buyers store credit. Their return policy is now worse them ebay, especially for sellers. They're using the excuse that they can not determine fair market value.

SELLER BEWARE. ( They took away the funds and never returned the item back)

I will be pulling all my listing.

The purse has a broken zipper and some white residue in the bag that was never disclosed and when I tried to return it they send it right back to me to not order from this company try one of the other several I've used others in that great experience these guys are crooks

I received grey floral romper, which does not look like the picture advertised. Actually the romper is blue not grey. The style is totally different then what presented. See the picture attached below. Very misleading advertisement of the item.
The quality of fabric is really poor.
Unfortunately it was a final sale ($40), so I don't qualify for a refund. The romper is worth maybe $10. Well... live and learn. I will never buy from this low quality web site ever again.

They had a wide selection of this purse. I went with the more expensive purchase because it said there were no signs of wear. The clasp had damage, the inside is a little dirty and has an order like from smoke. Also, the leather tassel has what looks like water damage. I'm keeping the bag but wish I would have gotten what I paid for.

Over a month to have your money transferred to your bank or paypal in the top of that, they charge a wiping fee of 2.9% for those very slow transactions, who knows why? They may be gaining interest on that money on their bank account.
As you can see on the sample picture, they took over $140 and also the money was available to me over 30 days after delivered.
I can't wait to see they ended on a big demand

Please be careful selling on here. I sold a brand new Gucci belt with receipt on here over a month ago. My funds were being held for 21 days which I had no problem waiting when it was finally released I transferred it to my bank account. Which said it would take 7 business days to be released and should be released on or before Aug. 19. Its Aug 21st and I still have yet to receive my money

I bought a purse on here and then got an email saying sorry it was already sold. Turns out the owner Cynthia Tran ( don't do business with her unless you want to get screwed) cancelled my order to give to another customer. This is not a legit business.

Everything is easy and clear, really love this site as they have amazing name brand items. Would give 5 stars however the fact that you only get store credit if you need to return something sucks. Makes me think twice about spending $400 on a jacket that might not fit and then I'm screwed.
