Very first time I had shopping experience. It was good. I'll come for again if they will provide good services too.

Toys r us used to be a favorite of mine, however ive either gotten older or the service has gotten worse.

Purchased there many times walk in customers. Kids and Babies stuffs are among the best comparison between value and quality.

Great place to buy Christmas and birthday gifts and even buying in the store is a fun experience I had so much fun with my family shopping there

Seats were found on-line, ordered and shipped in timely manner. Very reasonable pricing, easy to assemble and well packaged.

Good products but a bit over priced. You can get their stuff cheaper elsewhere. Their store needs updating.

We have 4 grand children so Toys "R" Us is a mainstay. The products are always in good order and arrive in a timely fashion!

I ordered from them and a week later they tell me it will be on delay. Ha! After I already paid them. Nope. Got my money back and went elsewhere

I visited the marion il store i called first then they had my toy. Up on arrival they were great to work with especially KM I been to Evansville IND the day before they where great also

Used to be my go to place for toys for my nieces and nephews. Their pricing has gone up over the last few years so I rarely visit anymore.

I shop here at every birthdays and christmas for my children and they always have everything I need. Sometimes pricey but worth it.

Never once had a problem dealing with toys r us and their online store and customer service. Fantasitc.

Wow everything is under one roof kids love it we could stay in there for hours from my 3 yr old to my 10 yr old great time for everyone
