I love Pat Pat's products. The past couple of years, I bought maternity clothes, new-born baby and toddler clothes and some other stuffs as well.

However, there was little problem with a little product that I bought last time. So I contacted the customer service centre. At the beginning I was hesitated, because it wasn't that expensive, it was only less than $2. Nevertheless, these customer service team members responded promptly and quickly resolved the problem, they think from the customer's point of view, even though it wasn't that expensive product. I was impressed with Pat Pat's service. In particular, I was grateful for Rose's quick response and problem-solving skills.

As I have been shopping for the past few years, I will continue to buy clothes for my daughter and myself and family.

Highly recommended for you because you can buy pretty products at a reasonable price for your fast-growing babies.

Loved all the pieces I ordered. A few dresses fell short of the required size but the customer service addressed to the issue promptly and resolved it to the best. Thak you Heinz for dealing with the issue promptly.

I have been ordering to PatPat for a couple of times now and everything was perfect, the ease of ordering online, quick shipping and delivery and good quality stuffs. But this is the first time i had an issue with a lost order. It was lost because it was stolen but their customer service is the BEST! I wanted to acknowledge GENALIE who helped me all throughout the issue. She was professional, helpful, patient, kind and very prompt in answering all my concerns. If it wasn't for her, I would have rated PatPat with a. All thanks to her I got my refund asap. Lovely clothes as expected, Delivered within the time. If you got damaged clothes they refund you. I found one item broken however after that refunded me and their communication is very prompt in relation to resolving any issue.

Used this for daughter's 3rd birthday party. One size up and it fits her perfectly! We received lots of compliments about her little orange woodland fox dress.

I buy here for my baby girl! I've bought many clothes (and more in future), and other random things such as the coolest baby bag ever. Please do try them out great prices and quality.

I recently had an experience with Pat Pat where some of the clothes I ordered were not right size and also some were doubles which I failed to check while ordering. I reached out to Pat Pat and they came back with their reply which truly shocked me. They have raised the bar for Online Retail customer service I feel. They saved me from the hassle of returning the goods, instead they refunded my money and let me keep the doubles as well.
I must say the quality of their clothes is fantastic too. Very good quality and color and also very attractive.
I highly recommend them. Their response to my situation has changed my online shopping experience.

Phoebe Has replied me back within 24 hrs as I want to return my item and told me may be leave the item with you as it will cost me to pay shipping and straight away refund my money. I really appreciate their service

I ordered matching family tops for my self, husband and kid. We received the delivery on time.
I ordered large size for both of us as we usually buy large size in store which fits us well, but sizes of patpat were bigger than that.
Upon trying the tops I initiated refund request, for which I received the reply within 24 hrs.
After confirming the items and knowing my issue patpat team decided to refund full amount and let me keep the tops so that I don't have to pay return shipping fees.
I am so happy with my experience with patpat team and will definitely recommend the website to family and friends.

Ordered from Sydney Australia - great timing arriving within 8 days which is great! This is size 3-6 months and my boy is 2.5 months! Just slightly fold the wrists and legs :) although the collar of the hoodie is pretty tight and was hard to put on!

Really like the convenience of shopping at PatPat. They have beautiful clothes very affordable and of good quality. They also have a fantastic customer service JANN. I bought very good quality MNC for only $3.

I love to be a Patpat member. Actually when I was in a huge trouble with the unexpected bad condition good supply, they did an amazing job to settle my condition. I placed an order on Friday the 25th June and realized that I did not get my app discount voucher. I immediately contacted online support. Jann then proceeded in helping me, by cancelling the order and requesting my refund almost immediately. I have received my cancellation and Refund Notices already.
